Digital PID Temperature Controller

Libratherm offers Microprocessor based one to eight loop PID Temperature Controller (Model PID-8000) for processes requiring multiple zones heating or heating plus cooling control. It is mostsuitable for difficult process, which results in frequent system disturbances, and applications wheresimultaneous and accurate temperature control of number of heatingcooling zone is required. Italso eliminates the need for number of individual PID or ONOFF Temperature Controllers therebysaves on cost. PID-8000 can accept 8 similar type of Thermocouples or RTD (Pt-100) inputs and canprovide switching PID or ONOFF Control output in the form of DC Pulses or SSR Drivers for heatingand cooling. It can also simultaneously provide 8 analog PID control Outputs in the form of (4-20mA)or (0-5) volt, which can be used to drive external SCR Heater Power Controller or other actuators.Open or Faulty sensor indications for each zone is also displayed with the respective Zone No. Eachzone loop parameters like PID, SET, Hysterisis, Power Limit and Ramp Time values can beindependently programmed from the user-friendly front panel membrane keyboard. Libratherm offers Microcontroller based Humidity and Temperature Controller Model HTC-3003with input and output suitable for measuring and controlling the T and RH of stability orenvironmental test chambers or walk-in chamber. These chambers are mainly used in Pharma, Petroleum, Chemical and Food Industries to test and store the product sample under thedesired simulated and control climatic environment.The controller HTC-3003 accepts input from the standard T + RH sensors consisting of (Pt-100)temperature sensor and the capacitive type RH sensor or from direct T + RH sensor transmitter.(The suitable sensors or transmitters of international brands can be used along with thiscontroller). The input signal is processed by 16 bit ADC for very accurate and stable display. Thetime tested PID algorithm gives accurate control of Temperature and %Rh. Digital Deep Freezer Controller

Libratherm offers Microprocessor based Temperature Controller Model PID-2001 and ModelPID-2002 for the sub zero temperature control of low temperature baths or deep freezers. In afreezer to attain the low temperature up to -25oC, the refrigeration system using singlecompressor and condenser is sufficient, however to obtain the temperature of the order of -80oC, two compressors in cascade configuration is used. The model featured here is designed to controlthe single or two such compressors with the required inter logic.The controller model PID-2001 accepts two Pt-100 sensors as the input to sense the temperaturein the refrigeration system at two different points. The control output is in the form of DC pulse todrive solid state relay for controlling the onoff operations of the compressors.
