LFIA level measuring instrument based on the time travel principle. The electromagnetic wave emitted by the radar antenna propagates along the cable or rod probe. When the pulse reaches the surface of the material, it is reflected back and recevived the antenna. The distance single is converted to level signal. The distance D to the material surface and the pulse travle time is propor-tional: D=C*T/2. When C is the speed of light, and the level of solid/liquid is obained.

Industrial Submersible Level Transmitter probe are compact device for continuous level measurement of non-aggressive liquids (without solid impurities) in non-pressurised tanks, vessels, reservoirs, sumps & tanks.
Probe consists highly stable piezo resistive sensor and precise evaluation electronics in stainless steel housing. Probe is sealed, thus protect its pressure from mechanical damage. A cable is integral of probe, consists of 2 wires & a capillary tube comes in various range as per requirement. Other end of capillary tube is kept open to atmosphere for air to flow freely(for atm. pressure compensation).
Transmitter is simply hanged inside tank through its cable. The sensor transducer is enclosed in a liquid tight SS316 hosing and assembled to a liquid proof cable. Due to liquid static pressure inside tank, transducer signal is converted into 4-20 mA( 2 wire) output is correspond to liquid level accurately. The change in level is detected by comparing the pressure difference between pressure of water column over the probe & atmospheric through capillary tube. This generates a output signal which is converted into 4r20mA (2-wire) signal.

The magnetic float level transmitter devices using the principles of buoyancy and magnetism to generate a changing electrical output in response to the rise and fall of the float on the sensing guide rod.
The magnetic float level transmitter provides a 3-wire resistance output or can be equipped with an appropriate level transmitter to provide a 4-20mA analog signal indicating liquid level.
The sensing guide rod includes a series of reed switches along the entire measuring length. Placement of reed switches provides either of two possible measuring resolutions.
As the float is raised or lowered by the liquid level, the sensing rod will induce a resistance output, which is directly proportional to the liquid level.

Capacitance Level Transmitter is a compact, low cost, level transmitter with 4-20 mA analogue out-put designed to measure the level of various liquids, and solid in tanks or storage vessels. Mea-suring range is 0.25 to 3 m for rod probe version. The probe forms an electrical capacitor with the surrounding metal contained wall, or with auxiliary reference probe. With the vessel empty, an initial ca-pacitances exists between the electrode And the metal well or the aux-iliary reference probe.
When the probe become covered with material to be measured the capaci-tances will increase and the change will be measured and covered into an analogue (4-20 mil) output signal proportional to the change. Rod or flexible cable can be used for various conductive or non conductive Liquids.

An ultrasonic level meter transmitter is a device used to measure the height of liquid levels in liquid or solid containers. It measures the liquid level by using ultrasonic technology and then converts these measurements into a standard signal to monitor, control, or display the level information.
Smart Displacement Type Level Transmitter is designed to sense Liquid level, Interface and Specific gravity. The output of the Instrument is proportional and is designed to measure and transmit electrical signal proportional to changes in Liquid level or Specific Gravity.
The LFIA series measures changes in Liquid Level, Specific Gravity or Interface Level and transmits a current output signal proportional to the change in the process parameter. The change in the process parameter causes a change in the displacer position, which is transferred to the Torque Tube producing a rotary motion. This rotary motion is transferred through bellow to lever assembly that is supported by flexure strips. Magnets attached to the lever assembly move past a Hall effect position sensor that converts the magnetic field signal to an electrical 4- 20mAsignal.
