Portable/Laboratory Density Meter DM-250.5
DM-250.5 consists of a Density sensor DS-200 and a temperature sensor connected to an electronic block. Density sensor is made from SS316 stainless steel, which allows it to be used in all liquid oil products and non-aggressive chemicals. There are also several material options for measurement of the aggressive substances such as Hastelloy C 22 and a PTFE coating. The electronic block is housed within a Stainless Steel body which preserves it from the elements. It also has a large weather-proof OLED display. The operation is simple a lab worker fills a standard laboratory 1000 ml beaker with a sample and submerges the DM-250.5 sensor in the sample. Press the ON button and within seconds the real time Density and Temperature readings will be displayed on the OLED screen. DM-250.5 also has an option to display relative Density at 15 C, 60 F, etc. The user can set up any measuring units for Density and Temperature too. DM-250.5 is delivered in a compact carrying case, which enables to user to comfortably travel for any in-field measuring needs. DM-250.5 is powered by a re-chargeable accumulator that eliminates the need to purchase any replacement batteries. Work time of a fully charged battery is approximately 40 hours. The received data can be easily sent via Bluetooth to any nearby device PC, tablet or portable printer. ATEX II (2G) EEex ib [ia] IIB T4 certification allows the user to conduct the measurements directly in Ex-zones. DM-250.5 is a new unique, compact, precise, easy to operate and very budget friendly must-have device for your Density measuring needs! |

VDC-30 principle of operation is based on the changing of frequency characteristics of the sensitive element in the measured liquid. Device measures continuously Dynamic Viscosity and Real Density to calculate Kinematic Viscosity of the liquid.Usually all the industrial measuring systems operate with dynamic viscosity unlike most of laboratories measure kinematic viscosity via capillary viscometers. So it is critically important to compare laboratory measurements with measurements made by process meters and evaluate measuring system`s performance. |
In-tank Density and Viscosity Meters DC-42 SERIES
LEMIS process DC42 series of process liquid density/viscosity meter is ideal for real-time, in situ monitoring and control applications within the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, food processing and other industries.Use the proven vibrating element technique which is widely accepted as the most accurate method of continuous on line density measurement, LEMIS process engineers did new step ahead introducing unique proprietary design of resonant tube sensor allowing accurate measurement of liquid viscosity along with its density. An integral high accuracy Pt100 probe continuously monitors liquid temperature allowing temperature compensation and future calculation of reference viscosity, density, concentration or specific gravity. The technology proves high accuracy of measurement and long term calibration stability even in sever operation conditions. The operation personal can get in minutes the average density in the tank and its density / temperature / level profile, for example, at every meter. Hundreds of measurements can be stored locally and future transferred to a PC or printer via built-in bluetooth connectivity. The DM series has robust design for heavy duty year round indoor or outdoor operation, even in severe climatic conditions at 40C to +85C (-40F to +185F). Backlighted LCD facilitates nighttime operation. |
In-flow Gas Density Meter DC-60
DC-60 Density Meter is another instrument of LEMIS process DC series instruments, designed for accurate, continuous monitoring of the technological process. High-accuracy density data for natural gas mixtures are required in entire range of pressure, temperature and compositions encountered in custody transfer. DC-60 provides a continuous monitoring of density and temperature of natural gas in the flow. The gas is passed over the cylinder tube resonance sensor vibrating at its natural frequency. The mass of gas in contact with the vibrating walls vibrates with the cylinder. Depends upon the gas density and, since increasing the vibrating mass decreases the natural frequency of vibration, the gas density is simply determined by measuring the change in sensor resonant frequency. This measurement method provides precise gas density values in seconds.
