Disc type Auto Cleaning filter housing
t is used for highly viscous material filtration like Grease, Lube Oil, Edible Oil, Toothpaste & many more. Here, we dont require any backwashing media to clean the Filter Element. It is working under principle of differential pressure parameters for uninterrupted filtration requirement. Can be pneumatically or electrically operated as per their process requirement.
Scrapper type Auto Cleaning filter housing
Scrapper Mechanism Self Cleaning Filters are widely used for continuous filtration requirement without any replacement of Filter Consumables and without Exposure of operators. Like auto backwash filter, Scrapper Mechanism Self Cleaning is used for preliminary filtration following the same principle of differential pressure; the only difference is that it is used for applications where back washing medium is not available.
The innovative design of Leistungs high flow cartridge filter housing provides long filter service life and low operating costs in a compact design. Filter housing is constructed of shell, heads, cartridge holding plate, cartridge cage and positive sealing arrangement for cartridge and choice of end connections. Compression seal fitting is provided to ensure complete isolation of filtered media.
Application
Leistungs horizontal plate filter press is enclosed construction, preventing evaporation, oxidation, leakage and fumes escaping from products. The Leistung make horizontal plate filter press consist SS shell & top cover to give pressure tight enclosure with Rathmann styled clamp. Plate pack assembly can be removed manually for cake disposal. The plate pack assembly consist plates, perforated screen, filter media & interlocking cups.
