About Horizontal High Pressure Cylindrical Steam Sterilizer :

  • The radial locking lid is made of thick S.S. plate
  • All units are hydraulically tested up to 40psi
  • The inner chamber, steam jacket, outer chamber and boiler are made of heavy gauge stainless steel with leak proof argon arc welding
  • Steam boiler is fitted with water level indicator, pressure gauge, low water cut-off device and automatic pressure control device.
  • The unit is provided with a positive self-locking safety door which cannot be opened while the chamber is under pressure and disengages automatically when chamber is exhausted. This affords complete safety to the working personnel against explosive opening.
  • The space between the outer chamber and steam jacket is filled with asbestos sheet or glass wool to minimize thermal losses.
  • Fitted with a Digital Temperature Indicator to indicate inner temperature, vacuum breaker to break vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation.
  • The chamber discharge line is fitted with a moisture trap to absorb the condensate automatically thus preventing moistening of the loaded material to be sterilized.
  • The unit is fitted with all standard accessories such as Automatic Pressure Control Switch and Automatic Low Water Cut-Off Device.
  • Two separate valves are provided for evacuating steam from inner chamber and jackets as and when desired.
  • Sterilization Cycle is controlled by Single Point Multiport Valve.

Decontamination by UV Lamp : UV Lamp to produce UV rays of 253.7 nanometers and fluorescent lamp are interlocked and motor blower are turned off/on as and when front sash is closed/opened.

More About Seed Germinators :

  • Suitable for conducting various experiments on seed germination. Different environmental conditions can be created and controlled as per requirement. Double walled construction, inner made of highly polished stainless steel sheet and outer made out of thick mild steel sheet duly  powder coated. The gap is filled with glass wool to insulate loss of temperature.
  • Temperature range 5oC to 50oC + 1oC controlled & indicated by a Microprocessor based digital controller-cum-indicator. Humidity is created by heating water in a stainless steel chamber by an immersion heater from ambient to 95% + 3% RH and is controlled by a humidistat.
  • A full view inner clear acrylic door and double walled outer door with magnetic gaskets are provided. Inner chamber (open able for day light) has been provided with fluorescent illumination to create photo-simulation. An air-circulation fan has been provided to maintain uniform temperature in the whole chamber.
  • For cooling a sealed compressor unit has been provided below the chamber to work independently. Supplied complete with 6 or 8 or 14 adjustable perforated trays, on-off switches, pilot lamps, other controls, cord & plug etc. The equipment is to work on 220V AC 50Hz single phase.
