We LEAKLESS (INDIA) ENGINEERING are one of the most recognized names engaged in offering LCP Series Horizontal Centrifugal Back Pull Out Metallic Pumps which are widely demanded in the industry. These pumps are of single stage, horizontal end suction type, with semi open, Fully open and closed impellers. All types of impellers are statically and hydraulically balanced. A special feature of the pump is easy of maintenance due to the foot mounted volute casing, Permitting removal of the rotating assembly without disturbance of pipe connections. An extensive choice of materials of construction is offered enabling a wide range of chemicals to be handled. The casing assembly is hydrostatically tested to a minimum of 1.5 times the shut-off pressure. These types of pumps are also available in ISO 2858/ DIN 24256Standards.

LEAKLESS (INDIA) ENGINEERING Offer LVGP Series Vertical Sealless And Glandless Pumps Normal hydraulic terms do not differ from any conventional centrifugal pump. No mechanical seal or gland, so no breakdown of pump. The pump is designed in such a way that the liquid would normally try to pass through annular space , Where the impeller drive shaft enters the back plate (stuffing box).This liquid is diverted and returns as a controlled flow to the suction tank. The need for any seal is eliminated by allowing the leakage liquid to escape through the overflow connection to the overflow chamber. The liquid entering the suction flows around the impeller casing and leaves through the delivery under pressure. Between the annular gap of the upper rotor casing and impeller some leakage liquid escapes to the overflow chamber. The auxiliary impeller (Expeller) prevents the leakage liquid going further up and channelizes it through outlet in the overflow chamber. These pumps are ideally suited for continuous operation for clear liquid and slurries. This pump is at its best with negative suction. Compact design to save precious space. No seal or gland so 100% leak proof. No Coupling so no vibration and noise
