Product Details:
MAK Sherol BN is a superior grade soluble cutting oil blended from highly refined base oil and special additive to provide superior tool life and other benefits. It has excellent emulsion stability with hard water.

Applications: 
MAK Sherol BN is developed with a high mineral oil content for a variety of metal cutting operations where cooling is important. This high performance soluble oil is designed specially for general machining like turning, planning, drilling, milling of ferrous metals.  

Performance/ Benefits: 

• Good Rust Protection – for both machine tools and work pieces.
• High Lubricity – provides excellent lubricity and surface finish. Extends tool life. 
• Low Foaming Tendency – allows high pump pressures and helps maintaining continuous oil film between moving parts. Compatible with soft water.
• High Emulsion Stability – readily emulsifies to form stable milky emulsion (oil in water type, water hardness 400 ppm) and resists bacterial growth. 
• Environment Friendly – formulation is free of chlorine, phenol etc. harmful chemicals.  

Concentration: 
The type of machining, the hardness of water and the corrosion protection required decide the concentration. It is typically used at 3% to 5% concentration. Refractometer factor is 1.0. 

Storage & Handling: 
The product should be stored inside. Keep it properly sealed to avoid contamination. Avoid freezing. Shelf life is 2 yrs. under protected storage conditions.

Health & Safety:
It is unlikely to be hazardous when properly used in recommended applications. Contamination of the coolant from other oils, greases, chemicals, dirty water etc. can occur during the use. It should be avoided. Regular monitoring of the in-use product is recommended. 

Product Details:
Servoquench 11 and Servoquench C11 oils are high quality oils developed for general purpose metal quenching operations. Theses oils are formulated from specially selected high viscosity index base stocks having good oxidation stability, good fluidity and low volatility. Servoquench 11 is a straight mineral oil having normal quenching characteristics. Servoquench C11 is incorporated with a polar additive, which imparts accelerated quenching property to the oil so as to meet certain specific end use requirements.

Application:
Servoquench oils are used for all normal quenching operations on a wide variety of steel to impart the desired hardness to components without distortion. The special compounding agent incorporated in Servoquench C11 improves the wetting ability of the oil, so that it provides faster initial cooling for optimum hardness, where as the base oil ensures slow cooling in the final stage for stress relief and distortion free results. Servoquench 11 is normally used for hardening nuts, bolts, ball bearings and certain types of brake drums as well as many other components manufactured by automobile and light engineering industries. Servoquench C11 is suitable for hardening of a variety of ball bearings, high speed steel tools, and other components in major industries.

Product Details:
MAK Hydrol AW are premium Antiwear Hydraulic oils. They are blended from the Hydro processed Group II plus base oil. They are fortified with very carefully selected anti-wear additives which are very effective during very high or low load working conditions. They also show exceptional hydrolytic stability and demulsibility and resist any deterioration due to water contamination.

Application:
These are recommended for hydraulic systems and a wide variety of circulation systems of industrial and automotive equipments. These are also used in General manufacturing, Metal and Power equipments

• Outstanding Oxidation Stability: Reduces consumption, filter blocking and valve sticking.

Storage and Handling:

• Indoor Storage is always preferable
• Barrels should be kept horizontally with bunk position at 3 O’clock 9 O’clock position
• Barrels should be kept away from dusty or heated areas.
• During handling any contact with dust must be avoided.
