Ceramic Fibre Blanketis a refractory fibre needled mat made from fibres. These mats are laid into a continuous mat and then are mechanically needled for added strength. Being Zirconia stabilized our blankets are suitable for use upto 1260C & 1425C. A wide range of chemistries, densities and thickness are available.
We also offer specialized PolycrystallineAlumina Fibre blanketsmade from pure mullite fibres which can be used in continuous operating temperatures up to 1600c, under oxidizing, neutral or slightly gas-rich conditions without any shrinkage.
These blocks and shapes are obtained by vacuum suction of a mixture of ceramic fibres with organic and mineral binders. These boards and blocks are self supporting with excellent stability at high temperatures, having high resistance to thermal shock, chemical attack and maintain stability at high temperatures.
ApplicationHigh performance ceramic paper products are the preferred choice over traditional fibreglass, textile or metal products for thermal, acoustical, or filtration management.

The high alumina binders, used for making refractory castables, are calcium aluminate cements. We supply three grades of high alumina binders - Calundum, Cal-Al-70 & Cal-Al-80. Calundum, a medium purity high alumina refractory binder, sets hydraulically and when used with refractory aggregates, provides a high strength refractory castable. Cal-Al-70, a high purity refractory binder, sets hydraulically and when used along with refractory aggregates, provides a refractory castable of superior strength
Refractory Plastics are delivered in an unfired and formable condition. The mixtures consist of moistened aggregates that can be rammed into place with an air & electric hammer. These products are used both for original installations and for patching. Plastic refractories can be used in many varied applications and locations because they are essentially formed by the installer to fit the specific use area.
Silicon Carbide refractoriesare produced from silicon carbide, a raw material synthesized in a resistance-type electric furnace at temperatures exceeding 2500C, through the reaction of silica with carbon. They have a thermal conductivity ten times that of fireclay refractories, good corrosion and thermal shock resistance, and can be formed into complex shapes. They can withstand slag attack and flame erosion.

Carbon Bricksare used as linings in high temperature vessels and corrosive environments with acid/alkali attack. Carbon bricks can withstand most chemical attacks, high temperatures or sudden temperature changes, thermal shock associated with vessels of such conditions.
Carbon bricks & Carbon tilesare recommended for hydrofluoric acid, hydrofluorosilicic acid, their salts and caustic environments. The characteristics of carbon brick have proved outstanding in numerous areas of the chemical industry for the lining of baths, lining of chambers and towers in chemical plants, reaction vessels and boilers as well as corrosion resistant masonry construction and floor coverings.
Carbon bricks/ tiles / shapes / sleevesare supplied in grades manufactured using the latest production techniques as per IS, ASTMC 1160 or DIN standards.
OurAcid proof tiles, Acid alkali resistant tiles, Chemical resistant tilesare fully vitrified tiles which are manufactured using special non ferrous clay, processed at extremely high temperatures this process causes the raw materials to fuse and form a compact mass with an extremely low water absorption of less than 0.5% resulting in the formation of a very strong body with a flexural strength of 38 N/mm2, solid through color fade proof with a very hard surface Mohs hardness of 7.
Theacid resistant tilescome in a range of sizes and thicknesses from ranging from 8-25mm. Ouracid proof tilesmeet stringent specification norms of IS 4457:2007 and relevant ASTM/DIN standards which ensure excellent performance in Acid/Alkali/Chemical (expect Hydrofluoric acid and its derivatives).
Corrosion Protection ApplicationsOuracid proof tilesprovide excellent abrasion resistance, anti-skid properties for worker safety and high aesthetic appeal. We also provide specialized corner tiles for reducing chances for acid attack through construction joints. Our standard sizes are 200x100, 200x200 & 300x300 millimeters.
Resin flooringprovides an highly durable, safe and long lasting floor solution for all types of industrial flooring applications such as Food processing Industry, Chemical and Pharmaceuticals Industry, Retail, Automotive factories and more.
The Two main types of Resin flooring are polyurethane (PU) and epoxy
Epoxy Flooring & CoatingsEpoxy is one of the most widely known and used floor coating resins. Probably the best known and most widely used kind of industrial resin flooring, epoxy resin is a thermo-set material that offers the performance and durability of resin flooring and is the optimum resin flooring choice for electrical conductive flooring.
Polyurethane (PU) Flooring & CoatingsPolyurethane Resin Flooringprovides excellent resistance to impact, abrasion and most chemicals. However, the main advantage of PU resin flooring is its resistance to high temperature and direct heat. It is ideal for in front of ovens in a bakery where hot trolleys are left to stand and cool.
BITUMEN MASTICS- Bitumen mastics constitute the bulk of the membranes specified in a variety of service conditions except in the case of high temperature and solvent based environments.
MASTICS LINERS- Mastic compound is mainly used as an impermeable inter-liner with acid resisting brick/tile lining on floors, tanks, drains, sumps. It can also be applied, as open mastic flooring, where diluted chemicals are to be handled and traffic is not very high.
ACID RESISTANT EPOXIES- Acid resistant coating is used more in a technical sense with superior characteristics & results. The protective film thickness typically can range from 50 to 500 microns and rarely a 1000 micron thickness is specified due to the other service demands.
FLAKE LININGS- Flake Lining is a coating, consisting of glass-reinforced vinyl ester. The material has a very high chemical resistance and may also resist condensing sulfuric acidic gas. A preventive surface protection that will save maintenance costs.
RUBBER LININGS- The principal benefits of rubber lining are its excellent resistance to corrosive and abrasive chemicals and materials, e.g. acids, alkalis, salt water, slurries, sand, shotblast media, crushed rock etc. In addition rubber linings provide other benefits including noise and vibration reduction, electrical and thermal insulation and product protection. The rubber can be applied as either unvulcanised material which is then vulcanised and hot bonded usually in a steam autoclave; or as pre vulcanised material which is cold bonded using two part adhesives. The fully bonded lining provides a durable and resilient protective rubber coating that will withstand very aggressive process conditions and applications.
