Semi automatic bottle brushing and washing/rinsing machine is suitable for all kinds of bottles, vials, jars etc. It consists of following units.

Available in 2 heads. Have SS covered body and robust construction. Rotating Chucks are provided to hold the brushes of suitable size for brushing the bottles.4 head may also be provided.

each unit is made out of SS304, consists of 12 SS rinsers. Valve is provided for controlling flow of water. Leak proof construction. Whole unit is constructed over a drainage tray to avoid spillage of water out of tank. Rubber corks are provided over rinsing tray to avoid chipping of bottles.

Brushing and rinsing units are fitted on the SS tank. Waste water is stored or can be drained out by using sink. The whole structure is made out of 16 gauge SS.

• The Rapid Mixer Granulator was developed in close co-operation with pharmaceuticals and chemical industries.

• This machine is designed to clean vials, bottles or other similar containers by subjecting each to a series of distinct processing operations. Independent line connection for various processing systems is provided.

• We have designed the Motorized Ropp Capping Machine to seal a comprehensive range of bottles / containers made of glass, tin, HDPE, PET and aluminum with standard RO / ROPP caps.

• The process of coating tablets and confectioneries depends to a large extent on the personal skill of the coater.
• Some of the important factors which affect the process of coating are: Rotational speed angle or inclination of pan. Volume and temperature of hot air, & shape of pan.
• L&M Coating pans are incorporated with the above design features and are available in various sizes.
• Standard Pan is of elliptical shape, mounted at 30 angle, inclinational from horizontal. Other geometrical shapes and angles can also be provided as per requirement. R.P.M. of Pan can be adjusted by a carry pitch pulley.

• Filtration & Clarification of liquids in industries is done efficiently and faster in horizontal type plate filters.
• L&M filters are designed to ensure percent filtration without leakage providing a specially designed gear pump which stops leakage problem and provides long life.
• Filtration process is carried out under 1.5kg to 3kg per Cm. pressure in closed S.S. chamber with the help of horizontal filter plates cartridge assembly.
• Positive displacement S.S. gear pump provides adequate suction and discharge head up to 10 meters. Process flow control is achieved by built in S.S. valves fitted on the pipeline.

• The shaft of pump is supported by two ball bearings in a separate attachment. Thus the shaft seal is located between two bearings. It increases the life of shaft seal and in turn provides the best efficiently all the time.

• The basic concept of the Fluid Bed System begins with a simple Drying unit to which several different optional packages may be added for conversion to a granulation or coater.
