ndustrial Laminates are manufactured by laying thin Sheets of resin impregnated materials upon each other and curing the assembly between steel plates in a hydraulic press under high press under high pressure and temperature.
The industrial laminates supplied by us, are technical products and are designed for technical applications. They are produced in dozens of commercial grades and with various additives to meet diverse mechanical, electrical and thermal requirements.
The electrical, electronic, telecommunication & aerospace industry use our Paper Phenolic and glass melamine laminates to fabricate punched or machined insulating components in various shapes and sizes for almost any insulating application.
Moreover, our Fabric Phenolic grades combine the toughness of metal with the ease of fabrication of wood for mechanical parts in almost every process industry. They are extensively used in the textile industry for making Silent Gears, Shuttles etc.
