• Viscose Staple Fiber (VSF) is obtained from wood pulp or cotton pulp. VSF is widely used in apparels, home textiles, dress material, knitted wear and non-woven applications. It can be in Raw-white & different colors & packed in bales.

• Filament grade Polyester Chips is used as the raw material for POY, FDY, DTY, PSF, etc. Depending on the processing, PET Chips may exist as an amorphous (transparent) commonly known as Bright or Super Bright Chips and as a semi-crystalline material commonly known as PET Semi-Dull Chips & Full Dull Chips.

• High quality PET chips in Super Bright luster without Silica & CiO2 contents are used to make PET Film.

• PET Resin, also known as Polyester Chips or Polyethylene Terephthalate Chips. Bottle Grade PET Chips are low processing temperature, wide scope in processing, excellent transparency and high in finished product rate. End use of PET Bottle grade resin is mainly depends on the Intrinsic Viscosity (IV). PET Resin are made of PTA & MEG. We supply following PET resins. PET IV 0.80 +/- 0.02 For Water Bottle / PET Sheet PET Chips withIV 0.80- For drinking water bottles& mineral water bottles. PET IV 0.82 or 0.83 +/- 0.02 For Edible Oil Bottle PET Chips with IV 0.82- Making bottles for carbonated drinks, small bottle for edible oil, liquor, medicines & pet sheets PET IV 0.84 or 0.85 0r 0.86 +/- 0.02 For CSD Bottles PET Chips with IV of 0.85 are mainly used for making big packing bottles for carbonated drinks PET IV 0.76 or 0.78 +/- 0.02 For Hot Fill Bottle / Water Bottle.

Polyester Staple Fibre (PSF) is kind of Polyester Fibre widely used in spinning non-woven. Types of PSF are 100% Virgin PSF, Recycled PSF, Semi Dull, Bright, Hollow Conjugated Siliconized (HCS), Slick, Optical White Dope Dyed PSF. Polyester Staple Fibre (PSF) is kind of Polyester Fiber made directly from PTA & MEG or PET Chips which is known as Virgin PSF and from Recycled PET Bottle Flakes which is known as re-cycled PSF. PSF is mainly classified asSolid & Hollow Polyester staple fiber. Hollow PSF can also have some properties likeConjugated, Siliconized, Slick and Dry PSF. Depending on the lustre, PSF can be classified as Semi Dull and Bright.Dope dyed PSFcan also be obtained in Optical White, Black and several colors. Polyester Staple Fibre is available in different Deniers with different cut-lengths and in Semi Dull and Optical Bright luster.

• WE offer polyester and nylon net fabrics for stylish dress designers. Net fabric comes in all designs, shades and mesh sizes. It is used as dress, upholstry, furnishimg and industrial material.
