Slotted Rings is a modified design of Metallic Slotted Ring, now being manufactured by us. They are affordable in cost due to flared thin wall construction. The Slotted Rings offer all the technical advantages of Pall Rings, V - Pak, Hy-Pak, K - Pak, M - Pak and Cascade Mini Rings and any other type of Slotted Rings being manufactured by others. In actual practice, there may be deviations due to special conditions.
We offer IMTP Rings which is made of metal sheets and give the best performance with relation to low pressure drop and high efficiency. These packings are made in progressive die tool with complete precision to ensure the best quality. These random Packings are available in various metals such as carbon steels; Stainless Steel all grades and other special alloy steel grades.
Metallic Pall Rings-Q Pak is a progressive die tool products and Q Pak is an excellent improvisation of the traditional pall rings and is considered to be the most efficient ring type packing. With more numbers of internal strips the interactive area increases for gas liquid contact, so these types of Metallic Pall Rings maintains the efficiency of packing when compared to normal pall rings. With the same efficiency they give lower pressure drop than ball ring. Due to the special design the thickness of the rings are reduced which reduces the investment cost while replacing pall rings with the same. These random Packings available in Stainless Steel 304L & SS 316L and other grades are manufactured only against order.
