Mica Band Heater, Nozzle Heater.
LEI Mica Band Heaters are sheathed with plated C.R.C.A. / Brass or Stainless Steel sheets. Heaters are provided with 1.5mm asbestos insulation and stainless steel cover. The heating Element (Windings) is of high quality Nickel-Chromium resistance wires. Heaters are available in One-piece and Two- peice designs.

LEI band heaters with EXPANDABLE design feature allows the heater to be opened for installation over the barrel without causing internal damage to the windings. Heater Terminals are properly placed so as to avoid cold spots.

Heaters with various Terminal Options are also available: Flexible Wire/Pin Socket and screw terminals.

Clamping action for the heaters are provided by either bent-up flanges (ears) or bolted Angle system.

A drum heater provides a practical, efficient means of protecting your drums from freezing, controlling viscosity, or warming up and maintaining an elevated temperature of materials within a drum. Lakshmiheaters Drum heaters are typically Mica Band heaters with built in Energy Regulators. They are hinged so as to facilitate faster clamping & removal. They are ideal to heat all types of metallic Drums.

Heating and Cooling Combination Heaters are used on Extruders and Blow Moulding Machines where Temperature has to be precisely maintained. Once the desired temperature is attained the blower starts blowing Air thereby taking away any excess heat that is generated. It is 65% open by perforated metal sheet which ensures maximum surface exposure for better cooling.
The fins attached to the heater ensure 100%forced circulation of air. Advantages of air cooled operation includes lower cost, easy replacement, low maintenance, no leakage problem and uniform temperature control.

LEI Ceramic band Heaters have "Steatite" Ceramic as insulator and are usually sheathed with Stainless Steel sheets. Plastic processing requires high temperatures and fast production cycles. LEI Ceramic heaters are designed to meet these demands. These heaters are, in effect, high temperature electric furnaces capable of every efficient heat transfer by conduction, convention and radiation. Heaters with various terminal options are also available.

Clamping for the heaters are by bent-up flanges.

Water heater with Thermostat is commonly used in many chemical, petroleum and water based applications.
