The cabinet are fabricated out of thick board duly sun mica clad interior surface are epoxy painted for its longer life. The work table is made of thick board which is S.S. 316Qlty. clad at top. Side panels are made out of thick transparent plexi glass duly framed. The unit is fitted with pre filter & HEPA filter. Our bomb calorimeters are widely used for determining gross calorific values of liquid and solid samples, AUTOMATICALLY. User does not need to make any manual calculations, all calculations are done automatically by the system itself & then are automatically displayed printed & transferred to PC. All the process is done by highly intelligent microprocessor program. We use special imported calibrators for Proper calibration of the system. Bomb Body and lid are fabricated from corrosion-resistant Stainless steel alloy. Extremely easy to use Push fit type Gas Filling System. Each Bomb tested at a pressure of 300 kg/cm2 for 10 minutes. Calorimeter Vessel & Water Jacket made of Chromium Plated Copper. Calorimeter vessel includes a Bomb support that ensures proper positioning of Bomb in the vessel. The outer container of Jacket is made up of copper and is chromium plated both inside and outside or S.S. The top is closed by a Bakelite cover. A terminal block is fitted on the top of the container so that Connections can be made from the firing control. Safety Relied Valve for user safety. The stirring mechanism supplied gives sufficient turbulence for effective stirring, whilst no heat is imparted to the calorimeter water. It consists of an impeller driven by a stirrer at a constant speed. Freeze Drying is the process of removing the moisture from a biological product while maintaining the Integrity of the products biological & chemical structure and activities. Freeze drying technology is used in particular for removal of moisture from the products usually of biological origin without causing any noticeable change in the original characteristics. Freeze Drying is also the preferred process in the field of Pharmacy, Chemistry and in conservation of food. Heat-sensitive biological materials may be freeze-dried without affecting their potency. The dried materials may be stored for years at room temperature without loss of their original characteristics. The freeze-dried material may be transported and shipped in small containers, and no provision is necessary for refrigeration en route.
Beside the normal drying applications our freeze driers are fit to be used for various applications tests involving micro-organisms, plants, tissues etc apart from various customized industrial and research applications.
Bacterial growth and enzyme action do not take place in freeze-dried products. Proteins do not coagulate. Oxidation of many materials such as hemoglobin’s and vaccines is completely prevented when drying and sealing is done under high vacuum.
Freeze Dryer Covers a range of application from multi-user centralized laboratory application, pilot plant determination works etc. This unit is mounted on castors. The unit has hermetically sealed one compressor maintains temperature up to minus 70°C. Trap is given at non magnetic stainless steel dished bottom for complete effluent removal. Refrigerant Coils made of Copper are heavily insulated for maximum efficiency in the condensing chamber. Temperature controller cum indicator Vacuum drum is made of non magnetic Stainless steel with Perspex top cover and incorporates 8/12" Quick seal valves/ports for manifold drying. Double stage Vacuum pumps with gas ballast giving vacuum 1 X 10-3 torr module gauge sample port having 12.5mm outer dia provided for Quick drying however, moisture contains would be around 5% in the specimen. The vacuum drum of our unit is made of stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade with top cap made of heavy Perspex sheet of 8/12” valve for manifold drying. Our Lyophilizer is provided with high efficiency double stage vacuum pump to speedily the drying process . The moisture content of the sample is reduced to approx 5%.

Microprocessor KF Moisture Titrator LIM-241M is the finest volumetric titrator available. It uses the latest microcontroller technology and advanced engineering techniques so as to give enhanced accuracy and reproducibility. The system has user friendly prompts which guide you throughout the titration process. This titrator eliminates the use of conventional delicate and fragile glass burettes and plunger systems. It uses a highly sensitive motorized dispensing system for precise control of titrant volumes. This titrator analyses the moisture concentration of liquid samples, powder, fine particles and fiber samples that are soluble in alcohol or solvents. The moisture content is displayed in ppm, %age and mg H2O.
The system has 24 soft touch membrane type keys for ease of operation. Complete numeric keypad is provided so as to feed the values of sample, density, titer factor, date, time etc. comfortable. The End Point indication is given by both visual LED and audible alarm. The titrator has the facility for automatically calculating the titer factor of the Karl Fischer reagent. It uses the repeated averaging method so as to give the most accurate titer value. It has the storage facility of date, time, batch no. and final results of 20 titrations using the FIFO method. The internal battery backup provision has been made to store the results and the other titration parameters for a minimum of 1 month even if the instrument is not switched ON. Provision for external printer attachment is available so that any of the stored results can be printed even at a later stage.

CONSTRUCTION :Our vertical autoclave is double walled units. Outer body of our autoclave is constructed out of thick gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304/MS grade. The inner chamber is also made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. Our autoclaves are air insulated from inside, however we may incorporate mineral glass wool insulation if the customer desires so. The strong lid constructed out of thick stainless steel plate has a double safety radial locking arrangement (Optional) , which ensures an easy and smooth opening and closing operation for all our autoclaves. Our deluxe vertical autoclaves are ideally suited for hospitals and research labs where safety is the first priority of the users, since it is equipped with a double safety steam release valve. At the same time we test all our autoclaves for up to 2.5 times the standard working pressure to ensure maximum safety and protection from any unfortunate incident. All our vertical autoclaves are supplied complete with pressure gauge, pressure release valve and stainless steel basket as a standard feature.
HEATING :The heating process in our deluxe vertical autoclave is done through specially designed water heaters of suitable wattage to ensure optimum sterilization time in every sterilization cycle.

PLC CONTROL SYSTEMOur standard PLC control system is based on the hi-tech state of the art micro-processor circuit technology, ensuring a complete automatic operations along with high efficiency and great reliability. This computerized logic control system ensures a 100% automatic operation throughout the sterilization cycle of our vertical autoclave. No intermediary human intervention is necessary after choosing the parameters and initiating the sterilization process in our autoclaves. The primary cycle phase and the actual parameters of our vertical autoclave and along with set values are displayed on the LCD panel during the entire cycle progress.
The main parameters of the process such as, temperature, pressure, time are controlled and displayed, on the LCD panel of the system. The ergonomically designed keyboard located on the front level enables the user to choose the desired program, initiate and terminate the cycle, and allows a trained technician to preset the main parameters using an access code. Our PLC control system is extremely easy to use, user friendly and fully programmable.
For a elaborate and presentable documentation of cycle process, our logic control unit is provided with a diligent wipro/epson dot matrix printer, which is connected to the central microprocessor system. The printer generates a hard copy of the printout of the relevant or desired information relating to the cycle operatio n like the pressure , sterilization time, temperature at any given/pre set time interval, vacuum, and drying time, number of cycles, number of pulsing etc.
The standard vertical autoclave with PLC control system is designed to operate up to six standard sterilization programs between 1050C and 1370C and two test programs optional. The desired programs can be easily selected by using the numeric keypad, provided at the front level, Apart from that other parameters such as air removal, sterilization and drying stages can be programmed with utmost ease.
Data Acquisition And Control System For Vertical AutoclaveThis is unique module which can be incorporated with our vertical autoclave to log in temperature and environment related data with a help of a data logger unit which has apc connectivity by means of RS 232 C interface. This data is then analyzed and formatted with the help of our unique user friendly analysis software to enable the user to get a formatted and analyzed reports of various inputs during the full operation cycle of the equipment. This is an ideal module for pharmaceutical laboratories, process control applications and high research projects where maintaining a viable record of the performance of the equipment is very essential.
