The probe sonicator is an ideal instrument to accelerate the chemical, biochemical and physio-chemical Reactions as well as to accelerate the liquid degassing. This has various application such as homogenization Extraction, smash, emulsification, fluid suspension, precipitation acceleration, crystallization and compounding of various biological specimens.

The gap between the outer and the inner wall is fitted with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses. Temp. range 5C to 60C (BOD Shaker)with accuracy of ±0.5C .Unit is fitted with air circulation fans for maintaining temperature uniformity through out the chamber. Fully view inner glass/Acrylic door permits inspection of specimens, without disturbing the same. Lock and key arrangement is provided in the double walled outer door. Unit is fitted with fluorescent illumination lamp inside the chamber (as per customer requirement). Refrigeration unit is formed by compressor. The front panel is provided with separate indicator lamps-cum-switches for Main, Heating and Cooling. Works on 220 / 230 A.C. supply.

CONSTRUCTION :Our laboratory ovens are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our hot air oven are constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory ovens. The unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with castor wheels (Large Sized Models Only) for easy movement inside the laboratory. The unit is provided with one to three stainless steel shelves (As per the inner size).
HEATING :Indirect heating system is provided in our hot air oven, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity.
TEMPERATURE RANGE :From Ambient to 250 (As per the temperature Requirements). However can be incorporate as desired by customer.
FRONT PANEL NOTE :Front panel of our units comprises of on/off switches heating and mains indicator lamps, temperature controllers/Thermostat.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL :The temperature inside the chamber is controlled by intelligent programmable temperature controller and indicator. This controller is based on the microcontroller nano watt technology and its ergonomic design suits for any specific requirement of the hot air oven, like Data logger facility.

Our fume hood capture the fumes/effluents released during any given experiment, contain them in the enclosure and then emit through their well designed exhaust system. PRODUCT OVERVIEW :Our chemical fume hoods are conceptualized and designed to provide a work area which is free from all the potentially hazardous fumes or chemical effluents that may be emitted during the course of a given experiment or procedure in a laboratory.
Our fume hoods capture the fumes released during an experiment by drawing fresh air from the environment, past the user into the unit. This way the concentration of the chemical fumes/effluents are kept at the minimum possible levels in and around the breathing zone of the user. The vector of the air in the fume hood points to the inward direction and perpendicular to the face of the user. The velocity of the air is controlled at approximately 80 feet per minute, so as to control the particle kinetics of various aerosols and diffused gases.

CONSTRUCTION :Our fume hoods are developed to be used as semi closed ventilated enclosures so as to protect the user from harmful and toxic fumes and vapors and to eliminate the possibility of accidental fire, which may be resulted due to the emission of inflammable gases during the course of a given experiment. Hence the material of construction of all our fume hoods are carefully chosen between industrial grade fire resistant commercial wooden boards covered with laminated sheets and lined completely with epoxy coating/FRP lining or corrosion resistant steel sheets having epoxy coating from inside, duly painted with attractive stove enamel/air drying spray paint. The work table is made of heavy gauge construction material fortified with acid proof glazed tiles/ stainless steel grade ss-316. The work bench is provided with a small sink made of stainless steel grade ss-304. All our fume hoods are provided with sliding sash made out of special grade shatter proof glass duly framed in wooden/aluminum frame with sliding motion and counter weight balanced mechanism. Our units ensure minimum illumination level of approx 800 lux on the work table. The unit is equipped very diligent heavy duty exhaust system, comprising of dynamically balanced centrifugal impeller with high speed motor of approx 1440 RPM.
AIR VELOCITY :Our fume hood ensure that the optimum face velocity of 80 feet – 100 feet per minute is maintained with an accuracy of + 10 feet/minute with the sash in complete open position.
Pressure (Static)Our fume hoods are designed to minimize the loss of static pressure at a given baffle opening position. As per our standard procedures the average loss of static pretssure at any given four points at ninty degree angle and 3 duct dia from the fume hood will not exceed 75 feet per minute at 0.25 inch, with full sash opening and face velocity of 100 feet per minute.
NOISE/SOUND LEVELS :Our fume hoods are designed to generate lower noise levels. The performance of our fume hoods are rated better than the industry standards of 60 db, at approximately 15 cm distance from the sash.
ILLUMINATION LEVELS AT WORK SPACE :Our fume hood ensure that a minimum of 800 lux light is available on the work table through the diffuser fluorescent light arrangement.
EXHAUST ASSEMBLY :Our fume hoods are provided with a very strong and high end exhaust system having a range of 500 – 1250 CFM (designed as per the size of the hood). The exhaust assembly consists of a dynamically balanced centrifugal impellers which are coupled with a heavy duty three phase motor.

The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our BOD incubators. The unit is provided with two doors , the inner door is made of thick plexi glass/float glass, to view the specimens without disturbing the temperature of the chamber. This door is provided with magnetic door closer. The outer door is made of mild steel sheet lined with stainless steel from inside. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement. The unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with castor wheels for easy movement inside the laboratory. The unit is provided with three stainless steel shelves. The triple walled back of our BOD incubators are provided with two air circulation fans for uniform maintenance of the temperature throughout the chamber.
HEATING/COOLING :Indirect heating system is provided in our units, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity. An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in our BOD incubators to enable bio chemical demand studies at lower room temperatures. We use ISI marked high end CFC free compressors.
TEMPERATURE RANGE / TEMPERATURE SENSITIVITY :Temperature range of our standard BOD incubator models are 5ºc to 60ºC. However we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers. Temperature inside our BOD incubators are controlled with a sensitivity of + 0.5o c or better.
ILLUMINATION :Our units are provided with door operated illumination system comprising of fluorescent lights.(OPTIONAL) Front panel of our units comprises of on/off switches heating, cooling and mains indicator lamps, temperature controllers and voltmeters.
Universal Digital Data Recorder with ComputerThis is unique module which can be incorporated with our BOD incubators to log in temperature and environment related data with a help of a data logger unit which has a pc connectivity by means of RS 232 C interface. This data is then analyzed and formatted with the help of our unique user friendly analysis software to enable the user to get a formatted and analyzed reports of various inputs during the full operation cycle of the equipment. This is an ideal module for pharmaceutical laboratories, process control applications and high research projects where maintaining a viable record of the performance of the equipment is very essential.
