Sieve Shaker Gyratory.
Carries upto 7 sieves of 150mm or 200mm diameter. The shaker is driven by a H.P. Motor through a reduction gear immersed in oil.
The sieve table does not rotate but is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction on inclination charges progressively in clockwise direction. If the stop pin below the table is removed, the shaker can have a rotary motion. In addition to this gyratory motion of the table, there is an upward and downward movement ensuring that each square cm of the sieve is utilized. A pair of rods and a holder are supplied. The holder can be fixed on the top of the upper most sieve, and thus the sieve set in firmly held. Suitable for operation form 230 V, 50 Hz Single Phase AC Supply.

Integral Proving Rings.
The Proving rings are made of special steel carefully forged to give maximum strength and machined to give high sensitivity commensurate with stability ensuring long life and accuracy.
All proving rings are integral type viz, the loading (outside) bosses are forged integral with the ring body. This ensures that there is no possibility of abutment shift and consequent loss of accuracy in reading that always exists with bolted abutments. The dial gauge and anvil are mounted on U-brackets clamped to the ring body by set screw. The dial gauge is fitted with a special back cover and threaded bush. Which does not permit any shift from the original dial alignment, coaxial with the loading boss centres, that is set at the factory before calibration. For all compression proving rings and tension compression proving rings up to and including 5 KN capacity the loading bosses have female threading BSP (16 TPI) The boss faces are ground and polished and are plane parallel to within 0.2mm total DTI run out.Tension compression rings have their integral loading bosses male threaded, 1.25 dia, 8 tpi square thread, 1.25 long. The retention system of helmets is subjected to a specified dynamic loading to determine its dynamic displacement, residual displacement, and damage to the retention system in order to assess the suitability of the helmet. It is further subjected to a dynamic loading at a tangential line on the rear part of the shell. After the test the inclination of helmet on the head-form is checked for suitability of its retention system. The Apparatus for Dynamic Test of Retention System and Retention Test of helmets consists of a rigid fabricated steel frame fitted with arrangements to carry out either of the two tests. The arrangement for dynamic test of retention system consists of a stand to hold the helmet by its shell from a hook connected to a screw to raise or lower it. The helmet is mounted over a head-form with initial loading device cum guiding system. A mass of specified weight is allowed to fall on the anvil of the loading device from a specified height. The mass is lifted with the help of a handle and chain arrangement and is held by a catch at the specified height. For dropping the mass, the catch is released and mass drops guided on a rod. Electrical Resistance Tester The electric resistance of helmets is measured by applying a high voltage between an electrode placed in salt solution kept inside the helmet and another electrode placed in a salt solution bath in which the helmet is placed in inverted position. The voltage is slowly increased to the specified value and the current passing between the two electrodes measured for evaluating the electrical resistance of the helmet under test. The Electric Resistance Tester for helmets consists of a plastic container with an acrylic frame placed in its center for keeping the helmet under test on. The two electrodes are held in suitable clamps, one located inside the helmet and the other in the bath. A high voltage source is provided with the equipment for supplying the test voltage. It consists of a variac, a step-up transformer, a digital voltmeter, and a digital mili-ammeter with a pre-settable tripping currents.
