it started its set-up in 1990 and since then it has developed a sufficient range to stand at par with top steel ball players in the industry worldwide. Company has the ability to produce precision steel ball in quality grade ranging from g10 to g1000 conforming to afbma-10-1983 and international standard like iso, jis & din. Depending on customer’s requirement.

we manufacture steel ball size range from 0.5mm- 40 mm in various materials: chrome alloy (sae 52100), stainless steel 300 & 400 series, aisi s-2 tool steel (rock bit balls) and low carbon & high carbon steel.

stretched over an area of 3000 sq feet, the company has a highly sophisticated machines and equipments for manufacturing quality high precision steel balls. Our infrastructure is well-equipped with more than 50 machines. Our production unit contains high speed heading machine, electronic rotary heat-treatment furnace, romania make flashing & grinding machines, german make lapping machines and other machines for cleaning & polishing.

in addition to it we have laboratory which conducts various step test to control quality of the product using precision optical instruments which further ensures uniformity. More on it dock inspection is being carried out before dispatching of material to the customer.
