Pipe fittings are widely demanded for any piping and plumbing systems used in industrial and commercial applications. Fittings allow pipes to be joined or installed in the appropriate place and terminated or closed where necessary. Fittings are available in various shapes and sizes. They can be expensive, require time, and different materials and tools to install. They are an essential part of piping and plumbing systems. There are thousands of specialized fittings manufactured. Each type of pipe or tube requires its own type of fitting, but usually all pipe fittings share some common features. Pipe fittings are available everywhere where plumbing materials are sold. Pipe flange gaskets are used for improved joint performance. They are considered much more superior than the conventional ring or full-face gaskets. Although pipe flange gaskets are usually used for all normal water and sewer service, they are especially useful in demanding services like in very large diameter flanged piping. For specially designed long-span installations, involving 2 or 3 or more lengths of pipe or with any underground flanges, flange gaskets are of great help because they could be subjected to undesirable beam loading. These gaskets are available in numerous standard materials in various thickness and hardness options for various flange sizes. Flange gaskets are also available with adhesive on one or both sides or without adhesive. Most materials are available starting at 1/32 thick and can be supplied up to 1 thick. Some manufacturers supply flange gaskets in wide rolls from which you can cut your flange gaskets to size. Flange gaskets are also available to your exact requirements. Pipe flange gaskets are being very frequently used for flanged joints which are subjected to extreme chemical attacks. Materials used: Flange gaskets are made of various materials like: Rubber:Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, EVA, Silicone, Cork and Cork Rubber Closed Cell Foam:Cross-linked Polyethylene, PVC Plant Fiber Cellulose FiberMetal:Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Cast iron etc.
A pipe bending machine is vital component for any pipe bending project, particularly those of a large scale. A pipe bending machine makes the job easier and is capable of completing multiple jobs in less time than when working by hand. A pipe bending machine can be either handheld or floor mounted. In either case, the pipe bending machine allows the user to hold the pipe at one end of the channel while the shape roller forces the pipe through and carries it around in a curve. A pipe bending machine can be purchased with a variety of pipe bending capabilities.

Pipe reducer are tube fittings that are widely used in a number of industries in order to providing greatest connection flexibility in connecting fractional tubes in various installations. Pipe reducer is a kind of pipe fitting that joins two pipes of different diameter. The pipe reducers are available in a range of materials depending on the end use of the products and these fittings are manufactured in inch and metric size.Pipe reducers are special type of tube fittings that are commonly used in the demanding environments of chemical and power plants. They provide a highly reliable, sturdy and tight integral line system and these type of pipe fittings remain unaffected by shock, vibration or thermal distortion. These pipe fittings are very easy to install and they resist leakage due to thermal or pressure cycling. These reducers are sometimes chrome or nickel coated to prevent corrosion and increase the life of the product. AnEccentric reducer, also called aBell reducer, has two female (inside) threads of different sizes with centers so designed that when they are joined, the two pieces of pipe are not in line with each other, but they can be installed so as to provide optimum drainage of the line.

Our range of coupling fittings are available in aluminium, steel and bronze.Pipe couplings are highly demanded in the pipe fitting market. Pipe couplings are fittings that help to extend or terminate pipe runs. These fittings are also used to change pipe size. Couplings extend a run by joining two lengths of pipe. They are known as reduced coupling if they are used to connect pipes of different sizes. Couplings are also known as repair couplings. These couplings are without stops or ridges and they can be fixed anywhere along the pipe length for preventing leak of any kind. Stub Ends are fittings used in place of welded flanges where rotating back up flanges are desired. They are also called Lap Joints and Vanstone Flared Laps. A rotating back up flange seats itself against the back surface of the Stub End. When bolts are added, the clamping action of the bolts presses the rotating back up flange against the back of the Stub End. The gasket surface of the Stub End then presses against a gasket and another gasket surface providing joints like standard flange joints. The seal is made by the gasket surface of the stub end alone, the flange only provides the clamping pressure on the joint. Our high quality stub ends (Butt weld fittings ) are tested and verified for durability, accuracy and precision. The stub ends are manufactured in all standard dimensions. The stub ends are provided with a standard weld bevel and can be available in squared, flanged, victaulicand threaded ends. We offer stub ends at highly competitive prices. Material:A234-WPB A234-WP12 A234-WP11 A234-WP5 A403-WP304 A403-WP304L A403-WP316. A403-WP316L A420-WPL6, 316L, 304L, 321, 321H. PLAIN END PIPE, BOILER & TUBING The main purpose of using pipe caps is to waterproof the connections. They are also used to close the the ends of hydraulic or pneumatic pipes and tubes. They are used in the plumbing apparatus of domestic, commercial and industrial water supply lines, machinery and processing equipment etc. They are also fitted on water pump lines with the sole purpose of removing air blocks. Pipe caps are highly demanded as an important category of pipe fittings.Fabricators of all types and grades of pipe have used our caps to protect ends and keep out dirt and other foreign material. Pipes capped with Wedge end caps arrive at the project site in perfect shape and ready for installation. Material:A234-WPB A234-WP12 A234-WP11 A234-WP5 A403-WP304 A403-WP304L A403-WP316.
