Skins used on the door as face panel are very high density wood fiber skins, source from advance & well equipped plant in India, USA & Europe . These skins are 100% environment friendly & are manufactured by using 100% wood fiber & E1 glue which approximate to human health. Here also seasoned & dried hardwood internal framing (Rail & stile) is used with choice of internal core construction (solid or Best quality Alternative Green Tubular Core). These doors are thermosetting resin bonded, hydraulic hot pressed and eco-friendly.

We have set up a state of the art manufacturing unit I Himachal Pradesh to produce the quality steel doors & frames using the GI steel in various thickness (.7/.8/1/1.2/1.6mm etc) as per the requirement. Here we use the PUF/Mineral Wool/ Honey comb craft paper as an infill or core of the panels/ shutters. These factory finished panel/doors, over the years, proved to be maintenance friendly, long-lasting and eco friendly.
WHY STEEL DOOR?
Door panels are available in variety of paints finishes with various options of hardware to suit your need. Door leaf are made from 0.7/0.8/1.00/1.2mm thick zinc coated galvanized steel sheet in double skin to the thickness of 44/45/46/47mm. Door frame are made of 1/1.2/1.6mm GI sheet with internal stiffeners & reinforcement like hinge plate, other hardware mounting plates.
