KUMAR Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets are designed so as to meet the requirements of US Federal Standard 209B (BS 5295) Providing particle free air to meet class 100(class I) Conditions. The cabinets are fabricated out of thick board duly sunmica clad. Interior surfaces are powder coating epoxy painted for its longer life.The work table is made of thick board which is sunmica clad at top. Side panels are made out of thick transparent plexi glass duly framed. The unit is fitted with pre filter and HEPA filter Air is drawn through pre filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High efficiency particular air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP thus retaining all air borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger.

Using a dynamic balancing machine the blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced. Motor of 1/4 H.P. Capacity operates with minimum noise level. The working area is illuminated by flourescent lighting fitted to us. The height of the working table provides a comfortable SIT DOWN working position for the operator. To work on 220/230 volts A>C supply.

The Precision Oven is triple walled constructed cabinet made of mild steel insulated with high quality dense insulation The Front door is fitted on chrome plated hinges with hybrid locking system.The Ovens are available with Motorised blower to recirculate hot air & give uniform temperature of 2C accuracy throughout the chamber.The outer finish is asthetically enhanced by suitable colour. Electrically Operated Automatic Water Still is most suitable & economical mini distillation plant in Laboratory for obtaining pryogen free distilled water.The complete unit is made of Stainless Steel with triple vapour baffle. The lid is automatically sealed with water forming is a recess in the head of the still into which the flange of lid rests which minimises the loss of steam.

The Still is fitted with safety ejection type immersion heater which is capable of displacing the connectors if still runs dry. However to ensure long service, special care should be excercised to avoid the still running dry since the protective arrangement cannot be expected to last beyond three operations. The Heaters are however easily replacable if required to. The stated output capacity of the still is approximate which may vary depending upon the input voltage of the mains. The still is supplied complete with, constant water level tap inlet, discharge tap of distilled water & waste drain out system.

The KSC range of refrigerated seed germinators and KS range of Non-Refrigerated ones are designed for simulation of fixed temperature and humidity values for use in seed germination works, Biological Studies, Foresty research work and other similar applications. These chambers are generally similarly to Kumar Environmental Test Chambers and humidity control Ovens in their construction, control & operation.
