HORIZONTAL CASTING MACHINES are suitable for tube 40, 60, & 80 kg per hour machine. Horizontal casting of tube in Aluminium Bronze Gun Metals, High leaded Bronze, Tin Bronze, D.H.P Copper, Brass 63:37 & Brass 70:30 Tube is easily casted from Horizontal Continuous Casting Machine. This cast output is semi finished so after casting the material undergoes the secondary processing where some of machined material is made to burn. from machined by CNC or ordinary process to complete the material for application in Automobile Industry, Refrigeration Industry etc.

The unique features of the VIVA Upward Vertical Continuous casting Process combine to produce Semi-Finished Rods and Hollow Bars of High and Consistent Quality. Oxygen Free 8mm to 40 mm rods and hollow tube are cast from red berry scrap or cathodes (Electrolytic Copper, Brasses 63:37) insuring high conductivity for use in wire, cable and refrigeration industries. The heated crucible is charged with the feedstock. Molten metal passes through the die mounted at the lower end of the super coolers. Moving withdrawal unit mounted on the platform is precisely controlled by sequence controller, hydro motorservo motor and DC motor drive. Controlled coiler up to 3 metric ton for 8 mm to 19 mm copper rods are offered. More than 84 VIVA CASTERS have been commissioned in INDIA, BANGLADESH, THAILAND & EAST AFRICA. We can make UP CASTERS to suit your specific capacity requirement and application. Ranging from 30 kghr (one strands) to 480 Kghr (16 Strands) capacity.
