Wire Torsion Testing Machine

Torsion Testing Machine is designed for checking Torsional porperty of varius metal wires, tubes, bars etc. Torque applied to the specimen is transfered to measuring dial through lever mechanism. Torque is measured by Pendulum Dynamometer system. Torque ranges can be adjusted by requred torque at other end of specimen. Autographic recordr gives the relation between Torque and Angle of Twist. Vickers Hardness Testing Machine

These machines come in two basic versions.i.e.Pure Vickers and Vickers cum Brinell. Load range for pure Vickers is from 1 kg. to 120 kg and for Vickers cum Brinell, 1 kg to 250 kg. These machines are suitable for checking Vickers or Brinell Hardness of Steel and other metals. Loads are applied with dead weights and are selectable with push buttons. Measurement of Diagonal Diameter of indentation is done with the help of built in optical system with with built-in micrometer scale. After taking the indentation on work piece , objective lens is automatically swiveled in position and indentation image appears on the focussing screen fitted in front of the machine. Loading cycle is started with Push Button in the front where-as unloading is done manually by hand lever.

Vickers Hardness Testing Machine

These machines come in two basic versions.i.e.Pure Vickers and Vickers cum Brinell. Load range for pure Vickers is from 1 kg. to 120 kg and for Vickers cum Brinell, 1 kg to 250 kg. These machines are suitable for checking Vickers or Brinell Hardness of Steel and other metals. Loads are applied with dead weights and are selectable with push buttons. Measurement of Diagonal Diameter of indentation is done with the help of built in optical system with with built-in micrometer scale. After taking the indentation on work piece , objective lens is automatically swiveled in position and indentation image appears on the focussing screen fitted in front of the machine. Loading cycle is started with Push Button in the front where-as unloading is done manually by hand lever.
