KEW make Maize Dehusker Sheller is suitable to dehusk and shell Maize, thresh Jowar, Pearl Millet (Kambu), Sunflower in the field. It is operated by 35 HP and above Tractor PTO. It consists of Feeding Chute, Threshing Cylinder (Peg Type), Concave, Oscillating Box, Winnowing and Cleaning attachment.

FEATURES :

• KEW make Maize Dehusker Sheller separates Pure Grains, Husk, Empty Hob and send them out through their respective mouths.
• It can dehusk and shell Maize 25 35 Quintals (approximate) per hour and thresh other grains 20 25 Quintals (approximate) per hour.
• The dehusking & shelling / threshing efficiency is 100% and the cleaning efficiency is 98%.
• To thresh other crops, change the Sieve and adjust the cylinder speed.
• It ensures 100% safety for operators.
• Threshing is totally completed in a single pass.
• Threshing does not damage the edges of the grains, hence suitable for seed purpose.
• It can be coupled with all types of tractors PTO.
