KOSCTP-A is a low phosphorus chemical which is known to be a highly effective threshold scale inhibitor. In other words, at very low levels, sub-stoichiometric concentrations calculated on hardness of water, it acts as an excellent scale inhibitor for carbonates, sulfates and Phosphates.
Recommended Doses-4-5 ppm

KOSALGE is a concentrated water treatment product that inhibits and controls algae and slime formation in cooling tower systems. it acts as an excellent scale inhibitor for carbonates, sulfates and phosphates.
Algae growth can retard the heat exchange in the cooling system by decreasing water flow rates through the cooling tower and can provide an acute source of dispersed solids within the system. Our algaecide for cooling towers/Spray ponds is an effective solution to algal contamination and prevention.

Process equipment’s scaling and under-deposit corrosion are serious problems in the sugar industry, especially at the evaporators. The thermal efficiency of sugar evaporators is largely responsible for the overall efficiency sometimes the capacity of the industry. Deposits such as calcium salts of carbonates, sulphates, oxalates, silicates etc. precipitate on calendria tubes which are formed on the internal surfaces of the evaporator tubes prevent the heat transfer and consequently reduce the evaporation performance.
KOSINHI-E is a highly effective Tripolymer Polyacrylate antiscalant formulated by Kosmic Global, which helps to prevent the formation of scale inside the evaporator tubes. It effectively keeps these ions in solution and well dispersed, so that their tendency to deposit on the tube walls becomes much less, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency which will lead to longer runs between cleanings.
