Is the scaled down and manually operated version of our famous KONSEP.

This is mainly engineered for small coolant tank applications and for doing periodic cleaning of various tanks.

It is skid mounted alongwith feed pump making it self sufficient and portable.

It too like its parent version, replaces paper band filters and the like.

Increases coolant life, reduces bacterial growth, reduces downtime, increases productivity, helps EHS, ISO 14000 and pollution norms.

Special tramp oil separators is also built in on special request.

Is specially developed for periodic cleaning of coolant tanks.

The simplicity in design translates into its high user friendliness.

The simple operations of the unit are assisted by a single access hose, twin filters, clean coolant tank and a special vacuum/pressure blower.

There are no manual intermediate valves to be operated.

A specially designed 4-port valve helps the clean coolant tank to be either in suction or discharge mode.

Required safety interlocks are provided to ensure safe operations of the system.

Access hose is dipped in the dirty tank.

Clean coolant tank is brought in vacuum mode by manually operating 4-port special valve.

Dirty liquid gushes in clean coolant tank through two stages of filters.

The emptied dirty tank is cleaned manually of any traces of liquid and muck deposited at dead spots.

Clean coolant tank of CRM-100 is brought in discharge mode.

Cleaned coolant rushes back to the coolant tank of the machine.

The filter elements are of reuse type.

They are cleaned manually and fitted back for next set of operations on another machine.

Various types of solid mass needs to be squeezed in industries. The reasons could be to recover liquid, reduce sludge volume, help in easier waste disposal.

KONARK FILTERS developed Squeeze press Applies huge mechanical pressure on the sludge. Sludge feed, high pressure squeezing, liquid recovery and finally dewatered sludge discharge are all automatic.
The system is very compact.

Sludge to be squeezed is fed in the feed hopper. This sludge gets automatically fed into the bottom chamber. It is then moved to squeezing area, where special squeezing arrangement applies great squeezing pressure. The chamber then moves to discharge area where the squeezed sludge is discharged out. And it returns to the feed area. Likewise the unit works un-interruptedly with a little manual work

The state of the art instrumentation logic and sturdy design make it long lasting with very little maintenance.

There is another sticky requirement of the industries. To completely remove free oil layer floating from certain tanks. For example, degreasing baths, wash water tanks after oil quenching, edible oils, etps etc.

Generally oil skimmers are employed for such application. These fall miserably short of the requirements. Oil layer is never removed effectively from the surface. And despite a skimmer being in operation for a long time, the layer and its problems are present. The tank needs to be regularly discarded due to increase in levels of oil contamination. This not only increase the procurement cost but also increase burden on waste management resources.

We have devised KOSEPOIL to say goodbye to the floating free oil layer from any tank. And as per our general method of machine making, this too is fully automatic needing very little manpower intervention or supervision. It is totally maintenance free.

It is mounted with suction pump to make it self sufficient. Top oil layer and some water layer is sucked by the pump and fed into KOSEPOIL from inlet side. Special arrangement separates oil and water layer effectively away from each other. Oil is discharged out. Clear liquid is returned back to the main tank.

The collected oil is reused or sent through proper disposal channels.
