Spring washers, which have axial flexibility and are used to prevent fastening or loosening due to vibrations.
Locking washers, which prevent fastening or loosening by preventing unscrewing rotation of the fastening device; locking washers are usually also spring washers.
We are manufacturing square washers as well as curved washers using quality tested raw-material. These can be availed at the most reasonable rates to our esteemed clients.
APPLICATIONS
They are used with all fasteners for larger load distribution and bolting through a wall or timber.
APPLICATIONSHSFG bolts are also commonly used in structures that will be exposed to a lot of vibrations, or loadings that will reverse. Since the bolts are preloaded the tension in the bolt doesn't vary as much as in a standard bolt, so they don't fatigue as quickly.
We are offering various sizes of Flat Washers which are used to support the load of fasteners.
APPLICATIONS
The Heavy Section helical spring lock washer contributes significantly to the maintenance of tightness or tension in applications involving screws, bolts and nuts under high loads.
We are offering various sizes of Flat Washers which are used to support the load of fasteners.
APPLICATIONS
Flat washers protect surfaces by evenly distributing torque when a bolt or screw is tightened. They prevent corrosion between a steel screw and an aluminum surface. A nylon washer can be placed under a machine screw to reduce noise and abrasion and offer electrical insulation.
DTI's are like little individual weigh scales, which measure the bolt tension developed during tightening, regardless of the torque resistance of the bolt. By far the simplest method, a DTI is put on one or the other end of all bolts, and after snugging the joint by partially (but not fully) compressing the DTI, all the DTI's are "crushed" to the point where a feeler gage cannot be inserted half way around.
APPLICATIONS
These washers are used on a hex assembly and are designed to ensure proper tension on bolts. There are two types of DTIs, both resulting in the same outcome.
