KGC manufactures customised skids in accordance with international codes and client specifications. We also undertake fabrication , assembly and testing of packaged systems and skid mounted modular process systems as per customer design. Assembly of valves and Instrumentation on the piping skid is carried out by our experienced instrumentation technicians. Fabrication, Inspection, Assembly and Testing of all types of piping skids is under one roof. We offer both shop and field process piping services as in accordance with API and ASME B31.3 requirements.

KGC designs and manufactures shell and tube type Heat Exchangers. These are most commonly used and come in three types of construction: Fixed Tubesheet, U-tube and Floating Tube sheet. We fabricate to TEMA configurations, from single pass to multiple pass exchangers. The Heat Exchangers are designed and manufactured to to meet customer's process need and application in accordance with ASME and TEMA specifications. Whether you require a thermal analysis or mechanical design only, KGC shall provide solutions by using the latest Compress and HTRI software programs. We also manufacture inter coolers, after coolers, air separation plants, compressed air, gas coolers for OEM compressor companies. Having well stabilised procedures for repair jobs, we undertake re-tubing of heat exchanger for quick turn around and shut down projects. KGC is accredited with ASME 'R' stamp for repair and alterations.

KGC has manufactured storage vessels of all dimensions for storage including of liquids and gases. KGC storage vessels are used in a wide range of applications both on and offshore. We provide complete solution for site fabricated storage tanks from design, fabrication, erection, painting and handover.; in accordance with API 650 & IS 803 KGC also expertises in rubber lined storage tanks.

Decompression chambers are particularly designed for the divers and underwater professionals. It is a compartment that manages / readjusts the atmospheric pressure by gradually raising or lowering. It helps the divers to return from the irregular pressure to atmospheric pressure. Decompression chamber is a steel vessel adjusting the atmospheric pressure and protecting people from life-threatening situations. KGC strictly keeps safety as top priority while designing decompression chambers. A decompression chamber, is a pressure vessel used in deep sea diving. It is a chamber where atmospheric pressure can be raised or lowered gradually. This allows divers and/or those who work underwater to readjust to normal atmospheric pressure after resurfacing from a dive rather than make decompression stops while still underwater. KGC manufactures decompression chambers for companies which provide diving systems by integrating equipment, electronics, control systems and provide solutions to the off shore oil & gas Industry. KGC has designed and manufactured decompression chamber in accordance with ASME Sec VIII Division I code with "U" Stamp, also in adherence with the mandatory guidelines given in ASME PVHO (Pressure Vessel for Human Occupancy).
