The TRUPCR BCR-ABL REAL TIME PCR KIT is intended for the quantitative detection and differentiation of BCR-ABL fusion gene transcript Major (M), minor (m), and micro (µ) in bone marrow or peripheral blood samples of acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) or chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) using real time PCR system.
