Double wall construction, inside of AluS.S and outside of M.S beautifully powder coated with a front door having glass window to inspect the samples inside the chamber. These chambers are designed for environmental testing of production samples where both temperature and humidity are to be controlled. Temperature can be controlled from 5°C to 60°C with an accuracy of +- 1°C. Temperature and Humidity controlled by Digital Temperature Controller Cum Indicator-LED [Dry & Wet Bulb Method] from 40% to 95% with sensitivity of +-3%. Supplied with relative Humidity Chart but without hygrometer. Power supply -220230 V.

The technical features are same as Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Cabinet but the air flow passing through the Hepa filter (Deep Pleat)"CLASS 100" [with the help of 15HP motor-1440Rpm] in vertical way and the contaminated air is going through the exhaust duct [14 HP motor-2880 RPM] fitted on the back bottom of the unit. The instrument is made of marine plywood with exterior epoxy water and chemical proof painted with putty finishmica.

-Laminar Flow principle involves double filtration of air. Atmospheric air is drawn through pre-filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency particular Air)deep pleat filter having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Double filtered air blows in laminar flow through the worktable at designed velocity of 90 ftmin +-20%. Noise level: - Less than 65 db at work area, and Vibration:-0. 00005 cm of work table.
