We offer Rope Wires. KEl's Stainless Steel Wire for wire rope are manufactured having excellent mechanical properties, under strict guidance of technical people, diameter from 0.19 mm to 1.20 mm in bright finish and 0.50 mm to 6.00 mm in matte finish (decoated) in grade of AIS1304, 316, 321 rope specs.
These cables can also be termed asinstrumentation cables, since they are used for process temperature measurement. The construction is similar to paired instrumentation cable but the conductor material is different. Thermocouples are used in processes to sense temperature and is connected to the pyrometers for indication and control.
The thermocouple and pyrometers are electrically conducted by thermocouple extension/compensating cables. The conductors used for these cables are required to have similar thermo-electric (emf) properties as that of the thermocouple used for sensing the temperature. The cables are manu-factured as per IS:8784, ANSI-MC 96. 1, B.S., ENI, DIN and customers specification.
KEIs PVC Winding Wires are insulated with a special grade of PVC compound as per IS 5831 to give it the needed electrical strength as well as resistance to abrasion. Our PVC insulated Winding Wires serve maximum range of submersible pump manufactures and thousands of rewinders across the country due to our fine quality products.The poly wrapped Submersible Winding Wires are also manufactured using high quality raw materials and by latest technology in complete compliance with the set industrial norms. Offered in different power capacities and lengths, these wires are widely used in domestic submersible water pumps and irrigation pumps. These Submersible Winding Wire is tested on various parameters in order to deliver flawless range to the clients. Apart from these two varieties as mentioned we make full range of flat 3 core submersible cables for power supply.
