Ores And Minerals

Our Complete range of products are Dolomite Lumps, Silica Fumes, Calcite Lumps and Manganese Lumps.

Dolomite Lumps

We enjoy the respectable position of being a reputed Manufacturer and Supplier of Dolomite Lumps in the market. Dolomite is a carbonate mineral composed of calcium magnesium carbonate CaMg (CO3)2. The term is also used to describe the sedimentary carbonate rock Dolostone. We provide good quality of Dolomite Lumps at the most reasonable rates. The Dolomite Lumps offered by us are available in unique sizes, shapes, designs and appealing patterns. Features :
  • Dolostone (Dolomite rock) is composed predominantly of the mineral Dolomite with a stoichiometric ratio of 50% or greater content of magnesium replacing calcium, often as a result of diagenesis.
  • Limestone that is partially replaced by Dolomite is referred to as dolomitic limestone, or in old U.S. geologic literature as Magnesian Limestone.
Applications :
  • Ceramic industry
  • Rubber industry

Silica Fumes

We are one of the prominent Manufacturers and Suppliers of Silica Fumes. With us, you can avail the best quality Silica Fumes at affordable rates. Silica fume, also known as Microsilica, is an amorphous (non-crystalline) polymorph of Silicon Dioxide, Silica. It is an ultrafine powder collected as a by-product of the Silicon and Ferrosilicon alloy production and consists of spherical particles with an average particle diameter of 150 nm. The main field of application is as pozzolanic material for high performance concrete. It is sometimes confused with fumed silica (also known as Pyrogenic Silica). However, the production process, particle characteristics and fields of application of Fumed Silica are all different from those of Silica Fume. The Silica Fumes provided by our company are highly reliable and free from all kinds of impurities. We are also well-known for bulk supply of Silica Fumes according the clients need. Applications :

  • Concrete tiles and panels
  • Repair products

Calcite Lumps

We are one of the reputed Manufacturers and Suppliers of Calcite Lumps. We have gained the trust of the clients by providing high quality Calcite Lumps at reasonable rates. Calcite is a carbonate mineral and the most stable polymorph of calcium carbonate (CaCO3). The other polymorphs are the minerals- Aragonite and Vaterite. Aragonite will change to Calcite at 380-470o C, and Vaterite is even less stable. Our company provides Calcite Lumps in sizes and shapes. The Calcite Lumps, provided by us can be customized as per the clients specific requirements. Uses :

  • Used in ceramics industry
  • Widely used in glass industry

Features :

  • Low moisture content
  • Complete and rapid dispersion

Manganese Lumps

Our company holds a respectable position in the market for being one of the top Manufacturers and Suppliers of Manganese Lumps. Manganese is a chemical element, designated by the symbol Mn and atomic number 25. It is found as a free element in nature (often in combination with iron), and in many minerals. Manganese is a metal with important industrial metal alloy uses, particularly in stainless steels. Historically, Manganese is named for various black minerals (such as Pyrolusite) from the same region of Magnesia in Greece which gave names to similar-sounding Magnesium, Mg, and Magnetite, an ore of the element iron, Fe. By the mid-18th century, Swedish chemist Carl Wilhelm Scheele had used Pyrolusite to produce chlorine. Scheele and others were aware that Pyrolusite (now known to be Manganese dioxide) contained a new element, but they were not able to isolate it. Johan Gottlieb Gahn was the first to isolate an impure sample of Manganese metal in 1774, by reducing the dioxide with carbon. The Manganese Lumps provided by our company are highly reliable and free from all kinds of impurities. Uses :
  • Manganese Phosphating is used as a treatment for rust and corrosion prevention on steel. Depending on their oxidation state, Manganese ions have various colors and are used industrially as pigments. The permanganates of alkali and alkaline earth metals are powerful oxidizers. Manganese Dioxide is used as the cathode (electron acceptor) material in zinc-carbon and alkaline batteries.
  • In biology, Manganese (II) ions function as cofactors for a large variety of enzymes with many functions. Manganese enzymes are particularly essential in detoxification of superoxide free radicals in organisms that must deal with elemental oxygen. Manganese also functions in the oxygen-evolving complex of photosynthetic plants. The element is a required trace mineral for all known living organisms. In larger amounts, and apparently with far greater activity by inhalation, manganese can cause a poisoning syndrome in mammals, with neurological damage which is sometimes irreversible.
Features :
  • Precise pH value
  • Accurate composition
