A specific stress relieving process is employed to keep the product dimensionally stable & wrap free through a modern tenderizing machine.

In order to maintain a good standard Black Stone, a really good quality of marine ply and other selected hard wood species strict quality control of uniform thickness of veneers and bonded with BWP grade of P.F. resin conforming IS 848: 1974. Finally it is treated in a vacuum pressure impregnation plant, using specified quality of preservative to render it resistant to marine organisms.
