Features of the Continuous Tube Pulling System

	Available in either Electric or Pneumatic Power Packs.
	The Hydraulic Tube Pulling Gun communicates with the Power Pack via a 9 volt remote control. This ensures safety and eliminates the need of electrical hard wiring between the pump and the gun.
	Hydraulic continuous tube pulling up to 3.0" and up to 4.0" for tube stubs.
	Low set up time and ease of operation.
	Automatic slow start feature for the breakout of the tube from the tubesheet.
	Interchangeable tube pulling guns with the same power pack. 15 Tons for light duty and high speed removal. 30 tons for heavy duty tube removal and 45 tons for tubes up to 3.0" and stubs to 4.0"OD.
	One man operation and cost effective solution saving time in man hours and labour force.

Key Features :

Designed to provide accurate ampere/torque control for POWERTECH electric expansion drives.
Drive selector knob provided on panel to set maximum torque range for various drives. Trip time can be adjusted from 01 to 10sec
Adjustable reverse time from 01 to 100sec
Pause time (time interval between cycles) adjustable from 01 to 100sec.
Manual reverse push button provided on panel to reverse the drive in case of emergency.
MCB has been provided to protect the controller and drives against over current by short circuit.
