A fully electric chapati magic press can produce up to 800 ready to cook chapattis per hour depending upon diameter, thickness and skill of the equipment operator. The automatic Chapati Magic Press is simple to use, easy to clean and will produce chapattis up to 6.5” in diameter. The unique Chapati Magic press is designed to “seal ” chapattis thus providing a higher moisture content and greatly reducing your shortening requirements. The Manual Chapati Magic Press has the capacity to produce up to 300 ready to cook chapati per hour 6” size diameter. The operator never has to touch the dough after its’s pressed, the pressed dough exits directly to the grill. It’s exteremly easy to use- manually operate with minimal effort. Semi Automatic Pressing type chapatti making machine set the thermostatic control at desired amount of temperature which is fitted with the machine. After getting desired temperature, the thermostatic control will be cutting out the power supply. After that it puts dough into peach-size balls at shutter of machine. It will convey between two non-stick plates. Eccentric will press lower plate thus lower plate came nearest to upper plate the dough will get desired size because of the pressing pressure of the lower plate. Half cooked chapati automatically move from pressing plate to roasting oven . After pressing chapati it is pass through three pass (one for first side roasting, 2nd for second side cooking 3rd for puffing of the chapati) oven at suitable temperature. After complete baking of chapati it is pack or ready for serve or market. Chapati baking oven machine consist with heavy duty ribbon gas burner with three layer, 2 numbers for roasting chapati both side and one number for puffing steel slotted conveyor belt complete with 2 HP electric motor.

Automatic roller type continuous chapati making machine fabricated with heavy- duty frame, SS cover. Gear motor, AC drive control panel with remote panel, gas cylinder bank arrangement would be provided. The hopper would be of stainless steel with proper taper. The dough is smoothly formed from the pre – sheeter laminator in the form of a sheet and later dry flour is sprinkled over sheet by sprinkling rollers and feed to the guageable rollers. The distance between the gaugeable rollers would be adjustable and this would depend on the desired thickness of the roti, chapati. The rollers would be Teflon coated (food-grade material). There would be an intermediate endless belts conveyor to feed the dough sheet to the cutting plant. The conveyor belt would be of food-grade material. Rotary cutting unit : A rotary cutting is would be fitted on a roller for smooth and accurate cutting roti, chapati as per the desired size. There would be a provision for shifting the generated chapati scrap back to the hopper for recycling. After cutting chapati it is pass through three pass (one for first side roasting, 2nd for second side cooking 3rd for puffing of the chapati) oven at suitable temperature. At the outlet of the oven you get home like chapattis. Papad is a popular and tasty food item in the Indian diet since many centuries. It is essentially a wafer-like product, round in shape and made from dough of powdered pulses, spices, powdered chilly and salt. Variety of pulses and proportion of pulses and spices varies from region to region depending upon preferences of local people whereas certain varieties are popular on a larger scale. Traditionally this activity was confined to household papad making but in view of increasing demand and availability of machinery (mechanization) it has now been developed in cottage and small scale sector.
We have developed a simple inexpensive dough extruder & Cutter. These Machine are designed to eliminate the laborious job of flour kneading as well as Roll Making. Normally it takes a lot of time and energy to knead & roll as the dough is very sticky and hard. By using these machines time spent is reduced from hours to minutes with minimum effort. Additionally, it enhances whiteness considerably.
