Karmyog Hi-Tech Machineries Front End Stacker will come in fully Automatic Machine and it is used to stake green Bricks with pallet up to 10 lines after that with the help of Pallet Truck the Green Bricks are shifted and transferred to storage area for curing.
Batching Plant is a three Bin weighing machine which will come in Fully Automatic Model of Fly Ash Bricks or Paver Making Machine. Batching Plant consists of three Bins with 8ton capacity in each bin where all the required raw material in a pre-defined proportion weighed and transferred equally to each Pan Mixer with the help of material separator system and conveyor belt system. At the same time the cement is weighed separately and transferred to Pan Mixer through Screw Conveyor. All functions are controlled automatically with Control Panel.
Hydraulic System: Tandem/Vane Pump directly coupled to crank pulley of engine feeds loader. Pay Load 1 ton.
Loader consists of Heavy Duty loader cylinders along with double action & chromed rods. Directional Control Valve (Multiple) with two spools double acting &pressure release valve for loader control.
Dozer is a crawler (continuous tracked tractor) equipped with a substantial metal plate (known as a blade) used to push large quantities of soil, sand, rubble, or other such material during construction or conversion work and typically equipped at the rear with a claw-like device (known as a ripper) to loosen.
