Reduction in x-ray dosage for the fuses whose images are shown above, the manufacturer used to use 120kv of x-ray setting. Now the imaging is being done at 70 to 80kv. 5. Apart from lower dosage, we have provided sufficient protective lead shielding adding to the operators safety6. Wires upto a size of 0.045mm inside sealed ceramic enclosures have been inspected using the system provided by us.
