This mail is covering the first part. 1. We have provided with a cutting edge technology sensor that has 5 megapixels of resolution. 2. Also by adding a time saving automated loading table, upto 64 fuses can be inspected per loading. This ensures that there is 100% inspection of all the 150, 000 fuses made in a day and adds to the operator convenience. 3. High clarity images ensure that the operator be an unskilled person. 4. Reduction in x-ray dosage for the fuses whose images are shown above, the manufacturer used to use 120kv of x-ray setting. Now the imaging is being done at 70 to 80kv. 5. Apart from lower dosage, we have provided sufficient protective lead shielding adding to the operators’ safety 6. Wires upto a size of 0.045mm inside sealed ceramic enclosures have been inspected using the system provided by us.
