How to use Jaw Boring Ring

• Set the Jaws on the Chuck to the required size and position.

• Insert the Boring Ring pins in any counter bore of Jaw and adjust the Jaw boring ring to fit in.

• Clamp the Chuck for OD (Outside Diameter) Clamping / ID (Inside Diameter) Clamping

• Bore / OD turn to suite component OD / ID

• Declamp the Chuck and remove the Jaw Boring Ring

• Clamp the Component on OD / ID

These cylinders are used where Hollow / Thru Bore is not required. We cannot cross the Bar from the Bore of the Cylinder as it's Close Bore Model.
