Phosphor Bronze is an. alloy of Copper, Tin and Phosphorous.Some other elements in small quantities Like Lead , Zinc , Aluminium, Nickel etc. , are also added in order to its mechanical properties.
Phosphorous Bronze having good for casting , excellent stiffness, low coefficient of friction, good fatigue strength etc therefore having various applications in manufacturing of gears , worm wheels, bushes and bearings etc.

Gunmetal is an alloy of Copper ( 88%, Zinc 4-5%, Tin 8-10%)other elements may be added as per the specific requirements.
Gunmetal having properties like good casting and forging , low coefficient of friction(good sliding properties), good wear strength along with excellent corrosion resistance properties that's why having applications in castings, boiler or hydraulic fittings, glands, gear, bearing and in bush manufacturing.
