• The table top loom is manufactured in sturdy all metal frame.
• Standard width of fabric that can be woven is max. 12”(30CM), loom upto 30” fabric width can be supplied.
• The let off is negative. Take-up is hand operated ratchet driven. Weft insertion is with hand.
• Machine comes with seating arrangement for the operator.
• Machine comes with following accessories,
  • One 100 mm diameter beam pipe with two 200mm diameter, adjustable beam flanges. Beam pipe ends will be suitable for our make ’Single end warping machine’.
  • 16 heald frames suitable for 300mm long wire healds.
  • 1000 heald wires.
  • Takeup roller fixed with gaiting cloth.
  • One all metal reed of the density specified by you. Reed will come with metal adaptor.
• The heald frame lifting is done manually through suitable pedal.
• The selection of the dobby is done through electronic hardware.
• Touch Screen Panel provided.
• Touch Screen facility is provided for dobby design peg-plan entry. Alternatively, the design peg- plan can be created in BMP format on computer and, can be transferred to the control panel of the Table Loom, with the help of lan cable/ serial cable/ RS 485 cable/Pen Drive. All these facilities of data transfer through cable are to be arranged by customer at his cost.
• If the computer is remotely placed, a special data transfer card can be provided. The design can be made on remotely placed computer. The design pegplan, on the computer, can be transferred and stored on this data card. The same can be transferred on to the control panel of the table loom.
• On all normal hand looms, the heald frame lifting lever is kept pressed till weft insertion is completed. This dobby has a special feature that while inserting the weft or making weft entry for butta etc, the weaver is not required to keep pressing the dobby paddle.
• The weft colour to be inserted for a particular pick, is indicated on the display system and LED display.
• After completion of the pattern if required an alarm or indicator light can be operated for the weaver to perform any specific operation like pulling the cloth forward for frill, or marking the cloth or cutting the piece or cutting the extra warp and tying it up to avoid warp waste. This indication can be given in between or multiple times in the design.
