These extruders give high operational reliability, high pressure build up capability with smaller temperature increase and large degree of freedom in the formulation. Battenfeld-cincinnati twin screw extruder offers electromotive shear gap adjustment (ems) for process optimisation and achieving best formulation setting. A cramming unit ensures acceptance of wide range of material and provides positive and continuous feed of poor flowing dry blends. A die face cutter with ss construction arrests contamination and guarantee clean cut with uniform shape and size of pellets. The special vertical compact pellet cooler does not allow pellets to sinter.
With micro duct cabling, bundles of small micro ducts are installed in larger protective ducts. Bundles of micro ducts are factory pre-installed. The micro ducts can be branched very easily in the network. At any place of choice, a window cut is made in the protective duct and the micro duct of choice is cut. This micro duct is then connected, using a simple push/pull connector, to a micro duct that branches to the desired location. After all connections are made, an individual micro duct path has been created in the network. A micro duct cable can then be jetted through the micro duct, without the need to make a splice.

The thickness of the inner and outer layers in relation to the central pipes layer is controlled through extruder output during operation. A combined dosing and horizontal feeding unit is used to add the foaming agent.

A/B Film Plant
Two layer Blown film extrusion lines are manufactured to adapt to a broad range of applications and outputs. The plant is a rugged and compact model - very space saving. CO EX BLOW comes with advanced technology like the grooved Feed Technology, PID Temperature controllers, and AC Frequency Drives. CO EX BLOW can also be integrated with additional advanced features like the - Vertical Oscillation Haul Off - which is mostly seen in the Multilayer Blown Film Lines. Sheet Winder which improves the winding quality and the speed of the plant.
A/B/A Blown Film Plant
A-B-A range of co- ex blown film line has a slight twist to the conventional 2 layer co extrusion lines. In a traditional set up the line consist of normal blown film plant accessories with 2 extruders, and the output is a two layer blown film.
AdvantagesIn this series, with a slight change in the die head design, one can manufacture 3 layer blown film line in a standard conventional 2 layer co extrusion line.
