A wide range of refractories in shapes and in mono lithics form to cater to the needs of customers. The products range from alumino-silicate refractories from 30% - al2o3 content to 80% al2o3 respectively and insulating refractories. Besides chemically-bonded, refractories bricks, magnesite, chrome-magnesite, magnesite-chrome and mag. Carbon (mgo-c) quality bricks are there. Burnt basic products are manufactured in shuttle kiln at temp. Of 1800oc with accurate control of temperature during firing and the products are well-matured. All fire clay, high alumina and insulating refractories are fired at high temp. In producer gas fired chamber kiln having a capacity of 70 m.t./ day at the moment there by effecting a clear uniform firing and speedy delivery. Besides, 4 nos. Down draft kilns are there to supplement firing of special heavy blocks and shapes with a long sustained temperature soaking. The glass tank and high alumina bricks are fired in an oil fired shuttle kiln of 1600oc of 50 tons loading capacity. details regarding conformity of the products :- the products supplied conform to the ordered specifications. We also supply refractory items to suit the operating conditions of our clients under t.c. & g.c. The conformity of the products is assessed by the parties’ own inspection at our laboratory or through an out side inspecting agency like d.g.s. & d. And others. present turnover :- our present turnover is around rs. 25 crores. marketing arrangment for the products :- the marketing arrangement within the country is at the moment directly under us. We desire to appoint dealer’s area wise to increase the sales net-work. laboratory facilities and r & d works:- we have most modern complete refractories laboratory. Routine testing of refractories as well as r&d works are manned by technically-competent experienced personnel. supervisors and executive :- we have technically-competent supervisors on the floor to supervise the in-process quality of products and brilliant technically qualified and highly experienced executives/managers to look after the qualities from green manufacturing to despatch.
