Products are supplied by the pioneer PTFE processor, K.K. Engineers in india, using 100% pure virgin PTFE. Sealant tapes are produced with high and full density PTFE films specifically formulated for the professional choice for quick, clean and efficient sealing of male pipe threads. Sealant tapes pick up where the cheap, flimsy tapes leave off.
Seal tapes eliminate the risk of contamination often associated with liquid or paste sealants. Seal tape create a self lubing bond, making joints easy to assemble and dissemble and extending the useful life of the connection as much by as much 65% these tapes have an expanded network composed of superfine fibers and joints. The combination of flexibility, high longitudinal strength and easy deformability in the traverse direction makes thread sealant tape very suitable for packing and thread sealing applications.
PTFE Skived Tape / Filmwith excellent heat resistance.The tape / film exhibit superior features such as desirable electrical properties, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. We can also able to do Sodium Treatment (eatching) for some specified application.
