Application Suitable for forward movement of the product due to vibration and simultaneously performing functions like removing the excess water, grading, separating waste from the products.
Process The products pass on a vibratory conveyor. Functions like excess water removal, grading, waste removal etc. is done during the passage of product on the vibratory conveyor.
Features Body made of SS sheets with perforated screen on which the product passes. Vibratory motors mounted on flanges placed on ends of SS pipe. Special design springs for absorbing the vibratory motion such that it is not transmitted on to the frame.
Body frame Material SS

Application Suitable for transferring product from one point to another with the help of a screw. Generally used for products in powder form or when the product is very difficult to handle like waste, sticky products etc.
Features Trough in which the screw rotates made with SS sheet/pipe. Supports for the shaft after every few meters length. SS stand for mounting the conveyor body. Drive arrangement consisting of geared motor, bearings etc.
Material SS
Process The product is fed in the feed hopper or at the feed end of the conveyor. Due to screw rotation the product moves forward and is discharged at the other end. Conveyors can be straight or inclined depending upon the application.

Specialities The body is modular in structure the bottom section, top section and central section/s. Return side made of UHMWPE strips at adequate places.Geared motor, square shaft, sprockets, bearings and suitable drive arrangement.
Application To receive the product and lift it from ground level and deliver it to the next machine height desired. Generally used as part of continuous processing plants.
Process The product is fed into the feed hopper of the elevator. It passes on to Thermodrive belt. The belt moves along the carryway and discharges the product to the next machine at desired height.
