DESCRIPTION :
Crawler Mounted Drill Rig JRD Model CD-360 DTH drilling Rig Hydraulically operated capable of handling 3 mtrs. (10ft) Drill pipe with following Technical specification.
MAST & BOOM :
Sturdy structural Channel Type Mast reinforced with suitable cross members strong enough to withstand high drilling loads. The Boom is provided with a heavy duty lift and swing cylinders to provide rigidity while drilling. The Boom lift , Boom Swing , Guide Tilt, Guide swivel and Guide Dump arrangements are through hydraulic double acting cylinders allows the operator to achieve a wide range of vertical, horizontal and angle drilling positions.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM :
The hydraulic system is designed for fuel efficient and high productive capacity. All hydraulic elements like Pumps, Motors, Valves and hydraulic cylinders are adequate capacity and of reputed make. Variable displacement Hydraulic Pump with proportional Control Valve (PVG 32 Make: Sauer Danfoss) are used for Rotation Unit, Feed Unit (for fast & micro feeding) and for Self Propulsion of the Rig. All hoses can withstand high pressure and high temperature. The Hydraulic oil is fine filtered during suction and return lines in operation.
HYDRAULIC POWER PACK :
Hydraulic Power pack is driven by Diesel Engine water cooled with Power 33H.P @1500 RPM to drive one main Hydraulic Pump.

Pneumatically operated Drill capable of Drilling in both DOWN THE HOLE & JACK HAMMER modes-ideally suitable for drilling lead holes for DIAMOND WIRE CUTTING of decorative MARBLE, GRANITE ROCKS etc. Machine has been specially designed for Precision drilling of matching holes and ability to drill holes in both VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL positions. A ball joint is provided at the bottom of the Mast to facilitate Precision alignment for matching holes. Provided with one spike & two Anchoring Rods & Adjusting screws to maintain perfect rigidity during drilling. Light in weight, machine can be easily dismantled into four SUB-ASSEMBLIES- each weighing not more than 50 kgs- thus ensuring easy portability and repositioning

Wagon Drill JRD-120(DTH) :
JRD - 120 Wagon Drill, capable for Drilling 90-115mm dia holes to a depth of 36mts. Used in open Cast mines for drilling and blasting purposes. Pneumatic Drifter can be mounted to carry out Drifter Drilling. Mounted on Rugged Box Frame, Fitted on wheels for easy shifting from hole to hole can drill holes from Vertical to Horizontal. The drills are available to handle 76mm dia x 2 mtrs. (6 1/2 ft) & 3 mtrs.(10 ft) drill pipes.
