Bitumen Emulsions, Polymer Modified Bitumen-Elastomeric (PMB-E, Grade 40 & 70), Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen (CRMB, Grade 55 & 60). Company has set up a state of the art manufacturing utility at Koshikotwan, Distt. PRODUCT RANGE: 1. BITUMEN EMULSION (CATIONIC) The Bitumen Emulsion is a stable dispersion of bitumen in water with the help of suitable emulsifying agents. In this type of dispersion there is no requirement of melting the bitumen during construction of roads, as dispersion is a viscous liquid which can easily be mixed with the aggregates at ambient temperature to construct roads. Besides its easy and safe use than hot Bitumen, it has excellent versatility of use on any type and nature of aggregate i.e. whether wet, cool or warm dry surface. It also has its exceptional characteristics of using under high humid conditions and on cool days provided temperature does not fall below 15°C. Bitumen Emulsion (Cationic) is available in 5 forms: a. RAPID SETTING 1 (RS-1): Rapid Setting emulsion grade RS-1 is specially recommended for tack coat applications. This is used as premix carpet seal coat. b. RAPID SETTING 2 (RS-2): Rapid setting emulsion grade RS 2 specially recommended for surface dressing work. The object of surface dressing is to create a stable mosaic of chippings securely attached to the road surface. c. MEDIUM SETTING (MS): A medium setting emulsion used for plant or road mixes with coarse and also for surface dressing and penetration macadam. d. SLOW SETTING 1 (SS-1): Consumes long time to form continuous adhesive film without any stripping and SS 1 is used for other application such as fog seal, crack sealing, prime coat. e. SLOW SETTING 2 (SS-2): A slow setting emulsion used for plant or road mixes with graded and fine aggregate. Examples of its uses are cold mixed MSS, SDBC and slurry seal. Also available special types of emulsion like Cut back & Polymer modified Emulsion 2. POLYMER MODIFIED BITUMEN (PMB): PMB is the best and most suitable for Indian Roads of all weather, Highways, Traffic denser roads, Junctions, Airfield Runways, Heavy duty and high traffic Sea Port roads etc... It is highly durable and dependable economical solution for raveling, undulations, rutting, bleeding, shoving and potholes problems. Polymer Modified Bitumen is available in two forms: a. Elastomeric Thermoplastic: PMB 120, PMB 70 & PMB 40 b. Natural Rubber: NRMB 120, NRMB 70 & NRMB 40 3. CRUM RUBBER MODIFIED BITUMEN: CRMB is manufactured using Crumb Rubber from heavy vehicle tyres, which is mechanically partial de-vulcanized and chemically treated. Additives like Natural Asphalt and Natural Rubber latex are added and flexed at high temperature using high shear mixing and come with enhanced properties. It is Available in 3 forms. CRMB 50, CRMB 55 & CRMB 60
