Container liners are manufactured by using laminated PP fabric, providing inlet, outlet along with air vent based on the customer requirement. These container liners also custom made with providing hooks, velcro, attachment etc. to help the filling & discharge activities. They are also made completely contamination free and every liner is vacuum cleaned before packing.

Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) are widely used for storage, transportation and handling of powder, flake or granular materials. Typically they are constructed from woven polypropylene (PP) fabric in the form of cubic bags. The fabric used may be a single layer, with extra loose liner, or laminated. The UV treated PP is a good electrical insulator. Due to this, during filling and discharge time there is a steady accumulation of charge

The transport of dangerous goods is regulated in order to prevent injury to people, harm to the environment and material damages. Jumbo Bag has trained staff and advanced technical equipment to design and produce quality UN FIBCs according to international regulations for transport by sea, rail and road. Our technicians are well trained in the procedures and regulations regarding transportation of dangerous goods. Jumbo UN FIBCs are tested with Safe Working Loads (SWL) ranging from 500 kg to 2000 kg.

Jumbo Type C Conductive bags are made from fine conductive threads produced in house by using most modern technology to achieve best conductive properties. The conductive threads are woven in to the fabric by using special looms with extra attachment during weaving process. During production on-line checks ensure all the properties are kept under control such as tensile, elongation, insulation values etc. The conductive fabric is cut in to different measurement and the bags are made by using interconnected conductive. Threads along with earth tab, with a leakage resistance from any point of the conductive fabric structure to the grounding point of less than 108 ohms.
