• Product : Pollachi Baby Coconut

• Product Shape : Trimmed (Husked) in Diamond shape._

• Packaging : Individually wrapped with food grade shrink wrap and packed in Carton Boxes containing different quantities 2, 4, 6 and 9 Nos. in each box._

• Product Origin : Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, India_

• Life Time : 25 to 30 Days stored at Temperature controlled storage at 12 to 15°C.

• Quantity for 20 Feet Container 900 Cartons (8100 Coconuts each weighing 1.5 Kg approximately total weight 12150 Kgs.)_

• Quantity for 40 Feet Container 1800 Cartons (16200 Coconuts each weighing 1.5 Kg approximately total weight 24300 Kgs.)

Stages of production :

• Harvested coconuts are sent to the processing center within 6 to 8 Hours (Time between harvest and processing is 1-2 days)

• Selection of best young Coconuts

• Trimming process of the selected coconuts to make diamond shape

• The final product has a flat bottom, round body with a pyramid top.

• To prevent browning and mold growth on the husk surface, coconuts are washed by RO Water in three stages.

• Drying of coconut after sanitization, drain the dipped chemical, by natural air at room temperature (about 23-26 °C) and not over than 2 hours in drying area.

• 7. Wrapping with shrink film (food grade) and sticking with brand sticker

• Finished products are packed in carton box (Without seal) and stored in chilling room at 15 - 18°C. The final products are transferred to container on that day only when ready for shipment.

• Finished products are inspected and get sealed the cartons and transferred to the container which having the temperature at 12 - 15 °C, and inspected the container loading before shipping to customers

• The total Manufacturing, processing, packing and loading stage 2 to 4 days maximum
