These are Designed specially to meet most critical requirements of Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries Involving inflammable toxic, High Pressure, High temperature liquids.
In case of Reflex Indicator Inner surface of glass has reflecting Prisms. Liquid Levels shows black in contrast to mirror like surface above.
In case of transparent indicator. The liquid enters the chamber on either side of which are a pair of heavy duty glasses, which permits observations of level, colour and clarity of liquid. MOC of Valve: SS 316 / SS 304 / C S / MS, PP & PTFE / TFE / PFA coated for corrosive application. Mica shield available optional.

It consists of borosilicate glass tube (of 16/19/25 mm OD) housed in box type C channel section to prevent breakage. Scales are provided on the Channel to indicate level. Teflon gaskets provided for superior sealing.
Wide range of material of body/wetted parts available as per the process requirement. Max Op. Pressure vacuum to up to 6 kg/cm2, Centre to centre distances available from 300 MM to up to 3000 mm.
Isolation / vent & drain valve can be provided.

It is an open scale target reading type level gauging device Suitable for all types of non-pressurised tanks like cone roof, flat roof, overhead storage tanks. It works on the principle of buoyancy, consists of printed multi colored aluminum scales, which are mounted on the side of the tank With adjustable brackets.
As the liquid rises in the tank, the large float fitted in the tank also goes up, in turn moving the pointer on the scale. The float is connected to the pointer with wire rope which glides over almost frictionless nylon rollers, thereby ensuring a trouble free operation.
Float & wetted parts Available in various MOC such as SS 304, SS316, Mild Steel, PP, etc. Magnetic vapor seal arrangement can be provided for hazardous fluids .

Special Application Gauges:
Oxygen Gauge :All sizes are available for oxygen service with appropriate marking. These gauges are degreased with suitable degreasing agent.
Acetylene Gauge :All sizes are available for acetylene with appropriate marking.
Ammonia Gauge :These gauges are available in 68mm / 100mm size with concentric temperature scale with standard thread connections of 1/4" N.P.T. or 3/8" B.S.P. The Bourdon and Socket are made of S.S. 304
Freon Gauge :These gauges are available in 68mm & 100mm with concentric temperature scale for R12 or R22 service marked in red.
