J. K. Machine Tools was incorporated in the year 1975 in Rajkot (India) as a partnership firm. The company was established specially for manufacturing Heavy Duty Precision Centre Lathes & All Geared Centre Lathes with its brand name "ATUL". Mr. Jivraj Patel is the founder member of J. K. Machine Tools and still today he is the brain behind making quality products. ATUL lathes have earned a name as ‘Quality Product’ all over India. Mr. Jivraj still sits quietly to think improvement in quality. Mr. Suresh and Amrutlal are now the active partners of J.K. Machine Tools and they also work on shop floor and think of giving better quality machines to customers spread all over India. Machine building is a family business for J. K. Machine Tools.
